After 5 days of waiting for my delivery I emailed them to see where my package was and they said they are out of stock and they will refund me with in 24-48 hours 3 days later I’m still waiting for my refund ?????

This company communication is very bad…
This company communication is very bad I purchased off them and they shipped my parcel out with Royal Mail which they claims they have set my item. I have not received any item and I can prove that by CCTV image I told this company I would send them proof they’re having none of it they believe Royal mail has delivered my parcel and the least I could’ve done is give me a refund and I have sent many emails over to them. They do not respond back so I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything off these guys.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience delays in receiving your purchase, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance, or carrier delays, and unfortunately, they are beyond our control.
Our shipping policy states that orders outside the UK may take up to 14 business days. We've checked the tracking number that you received when your order was shipped on April 3, and it looks like it arrived to Italy on the 8th, and is currently being assessed by the customs.
UPDATE: You haven't replied to any of our emails, so we'll letting you know here that we've kept track on your parcel and can confirm that it has been delivered on 13.04, after it was released from the Italian customs. We'd really appreciate if you could update your review to be more accurate.
