Worst scam company i have ever dealt…
Biggest scam company i have ever dealt with.
Booked flights for 3 with them 3 months ago at a promotional price of £876 each, all they asked for was a deposit of £20.
Called me several times asking for full payment which I said I would pay on receipt of flight confirmation which they never had.
11th February 5.5 weeks before flights due they call to say the price now was almost £5000 not £2628.
Came up with lie after lie that it was airlines fault.
I contacted airline directly and there was no evidence of them attempting to book a flight in my name at any point and the price they were trying to charge me was the same as if I booked with the airline directly at this late juncture in time.
They called again today to try to get money out of me and again came up with lots of lies, the best being if I paid £3500 today they would pay the balance for me.
I asked for them to send this in an email as I wasn't just going to take their word for it, after saying numerous times they didn't understand what I wanted I said, send me the price and flight details and confirmation they would pay the balance.
He then said they would send flight details and tickets when I paid the balance. I asked what balance and he said the remainder that the company was going to pay, after much back and forth he finally admitted that I would still have to pay the balance as the company would not be paying.
I have asked for my deposit back and he said I would have it within 48 hours, I am not holding my breath.
This is my 1st ever bad review I have written in such detail but this is how strongly I feel about them.

The promotional offer you secured was based on a limited fare provided by the airline and, as explained at the time of booking, those fares are always subject to availability until the ticket is issued. A small deposit allows us to hold the quoted rate temporarily, but it does not guarantee that the airline will not revise or withdraw the price before full payment is completed.
Our team contacted you a number of times requesting authorization to proceed while the original fare was still available. Unfortunately, without confirmation and payment, tickets cannot be issued in your name.
When the fare increased, we tried to explore alternative solutions and even discussed contributing toward the difference to reduce the impact for you. We understand that during these conversations there may have been confusion, and for that we apologize.
Regarding your deposit, this has been processed back to the original payment method. If you do not see it within the timeframe mentioned, please contact our support team directly and we will chase it immediately.
We never intend to mislead any customer, and we regret that this situation has left you with that impression.
