Ordered a sofa, it came on time and as described, very quick delivery (only 10 days).

Really lovely sofa, and the delivery and admin teams were both fantastic. Eco-friendly element is also a bonus.

Delighted with our experience of visiting Habbio's showrooms and with the amazing use of recycled materials which in turn can be recycled. Such a contrast with our old traditional sofa. UK manufacture. Free delivery and assembly. Excellent communication. Very pleased with products and each individual component can be replaced if damaged.

Excellent service, in less than ten days you have a remarkable designed and well-manufactured sofa, made with recycled material. The team is very responsive, with good communication and coordination for the delivery. Great delivery and assembly service; they even re-use the boxes. They are a super friendly team; they seem to love their work and are proud of their product.

I ordered some swatches after finding Habbio on a google search for non toxic sofas, they arrived I think the next day with a handwritten message. It was difficult to pick the color and material because of all the beautiful choices, after two days of rubbing things into them washing and spilling all kinds of things on them we still couldn’t decide so looked on the instagram page. I’m so pleased with my sofa! We purchased the HB02 - Three seater FabricEco Velvet Midnight and I must say it looks even more luxurious in person.

Delivery was wonderful, the men that delivered were also involved In building the sofa and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before leaving, they were very friendly and even arrived slightly early and put it all together so I was able to get on with my day.

I paid a small fee to have my old sofa removed which they did with care without damaging anything. Not having to worry about disposing of my old sofa and knowing it will be recycled made replacing it effortless.

I wanted a sofa that was Non toxic, biodegradable and and from recycled materials. Unlike most new furniture there was no awful off-gassing smell of chemicals. When set up it felt like it had been part of our home all along. Habbio ticked all my boxes for a fraction of the price. This sofa is beautifully made with quality materials you wouldn’t believe the upholstery is made from plastic bottles.

I ordered the Habbio sofa online without having seen one in real life, relying on the Trust Pilot review. I liked the styles, the colours and the sustainability of the product. Swatches arrived quickly, the ordering process was very easy, communication was good and the sofa arrived in about a week. Amazing! The delivery was when specified and the very helpful person who delivered also assembled the sofa and took away the packaging.

We looked long for a sustainable sofa which is also made in the UK and durable as well as stylish (not an easy feat!) and finally found the perfect solution. From start to finish a great experience. A passionate team with decades experience in the sofa business who are clearly behind the concept and justifiably proud of their product. We got the 3-seater in midnight blue and the colour and feel of the fabric are even better than expected. Friendly and efficient delivery - it was up and all packaging material removed within minutes.

We are delighted with our new Habbio sofa In green velvet - and so is our dog! We chose it as it seemed to be the most dog friendly sofa we could find as well as being sustainable, stylish and British. And it’s comfortable too! Kev the delivery driver was charming and took great pride and care assembling the sofa - plumping the cushions and brushing the nap of the velvet so that it looked just right. Fantastic service all round.

Good communication, Habbio kept us informed up to date with where our sofa order was up to and arranging delivery was made easy. The delivery guys where very helpful, taking the sofa upstairs to the first floor, assembling it and taking packaging away with care. Would recommend them for a great service. We could honestly not be more happy, the sofa is beautiful and comfortable, just excellent quality, but on top of that the whole experience from ordering to delivery was a pleasure. You get to deal with real people, professional and communicative, it was refreshing and impressive and I couldn’t recommend more. Oh, and it’s insanely quick too!

I love my Habbio sofa and the mid century design . ! The whole process was very simple. Swatches arrived very quickly, easy to order , good communication and arrived on time within 10 days. Delivered by their own driver and all packaging taken away(no plastic involved)
The sofa is well made in the Uk , easy to put together and looks great.
Habbio deserve an award for their eco credentials and creativity. Would definitely recommend . Why by a sofa thats not Uk made when you can buy Habbio. !

Great sofa’s, great delivery and went together really easily

Excellent customer service, very helpful delivery man and very happy with my sofa.

We bought a two seater HB4 sofa as our new living room is very little. It is eco velvet in Pumpkin orange. We have the chaise on one side, which is lovely as when we are both sitting on it we can both comfortably have our feet up.

It is funny to order online without being able to sit on it, but I can assure you the sofa is beautiful, SO comfy and exactly as described. We had great communication from the team about delivery. I particularly love that we didn't end up with heaps of wasteful packaging.

The sofa is really comfortable, more so that our old foam one and we love that it's stuffed with recycled materials (you could never tell it isn't full of foam and feathers.)

It's an expensive price for us but we wanted to pay properly for a sofa that is made in the UK by people being paid a decent wage for this expert work. Hoping this sofa will last for a very long time. If you can afford to I would really recommend buying from Habbio, the quality is clear to see.

Ordered the swatches online and they arrived within 48 hours personalised with a handwritten note, very well thought out with a good size swatch with all the sofa ranges and measurements on the back. Ordering was easy and I was kept well informed at every stage. The Sofa arrived in 7 working days on the day as arranged and we were rang beforehand by a very pleasant gentleman who put it together for us. We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new Habbio Sofa. Brilliant from start to finish, many thanks to all the Habbio team : ) : ) : )
