Haddon has been excellent for my bathroom products, we bought sink and toilet and taps and it has all arrived in time and with excellent quality and I think great value for money as it is not cheap but it was actually even better quality than the price. Michael on the other side of the phone was there to help with anything I needed and even on a Saturday he rescued me. Thank you for a great service and great product.

Beautiful bath
We bought a freestanding bath from Haddon, which we love. We had great service from them, always able to speak to a real, knowledgeable person. The courier delivering our bath did not come on the appointed day, but David at Haddon called me to explain the situation and made sure it arrived next day.

My experience of ordering from Haddon was great. From advice on the unit and customer service was exceptional. The expected delivery date was delayed which was disappointing however the staff went out of their way to ensure the next delivery date was met. Very pleased with our vanity unit and the customer service received. Would highly recommend them.

Quality product
We ordered a bath from Haddon which I was somewhat nervous about given I was unable to see it first however the trust pilot reviews were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to risk it. I am delighted to say that the product has exceeded my expectations, it is a beautiful quality bath which looks very high end. I was considering going with Lusso for a similar look but am so glad I chose a small British company instead. I would not hesitate to recommend. Customer service was also very good and delivery on time and courteous.

The tap was stylish and good quality
The tap was stylish and good quality, but sadly had a fault. I contacted customer service who diagnosed the problem and a replacement
tap arrived the next day. Delighted with both tap and customer sevice.

Yet again the wonderful team at Haddon have surpassed my expectations for the 2nd time, the lovely George who was the first person I spoke to when I first purchased with Haddon, he really has been truly amazing, so kind and friendly, and so professional the Haddon team really are lucky to have him!!! I have never experienced customer service anywhere ever like I have with George and the Haddon team, my order and delivery always go through so smoothly even after I measured incorrectly for the radiator I purchased, George quickly ordered the next size up for me and my item was still dispatched the same day, amazing!! George and the Haddon team and all there stunning products just ooze class and sophistication from beginning to end, so treat yourself to the Haddon experience!! Haddon's customer service is outstanding! Special thank you to David. I purchased three beautiful products from Haddon during the renovation of my bathroom. They were all high quality. Unfortunately the toilet was unable to be fitted due to the difficult location of the waste pipe in my apartment. Despite it being a couple of months since I purchased it, they swiftly organised a full refund. The communion throughout was superb. Love the shower and radiator!

Quality and service
Unique range of bathroom products and fixtures that I'm not sure you could source from anywhere else in the UK.
Wonderful service but make sure you consider due to the difficulty of sourcing items the lead times can be long. Also we had to wait longer for an item due to bad shipping weather over winter. That said it was totally with the wait.

Beautiful Vanity Unit and Exceptional Service
I've just had my en suite shower room completely renovated. I dealt with a number of suppliers and my experience with Haddon was, by far, the most enjoyable. My initial contact was with George when I raised a couple of queries about their vanity unit. He was attentive, very easy to contact, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The delivery was second to none, the vanity unit was beautifully protected with superb packaging (I have suffered delivery of damaged goods from other suppliers) and I am delighted with the overall look of my new bathroom, it is a beautiful, quality vanity unit. Really happy with the beautiful marble…
Really happy with the beautiful marble sink. I would recommend contacting the company first before ordering as they can provide a more bespoke service, as each peice is surprisingly different, therefore you are more likely get what you want. We had an issue with the colour of the original sink but it was resolved effectively and efficiently by David in customer service who went out of his way to resolve our isssue. Really happy and would order again, especially if your looking for a quality one off unique peice.
