Called this Company for an insurance quote for a Porsche 911 turbo. Got a quote the day before and was ready to move forward now today an underwriter by the name Josh called to say I don't qualify as I needed to own a comparable Vehicle before we can insure this car. They also need to ensure I have another car for every day use. How do you do business like this?

Every time I have added a vehicle to hagerty it has been a seamless experience with friendly knowledgeable people on the other end.

The first person I talked with was very polite and helpful. I was calling to give my new address as I moved to a new home. I also had to advise them of my new phone number. I guess I chose the wrong number to push. He quickly transferred me to the right person. There was very little time to give them my new information and the employee was also courteous and efficient at making the changes. Great job to both of your staff members.
