Every time I deal with Hagerty, the person I speak with is knowledgeable, professional, and it is a very pleasant experience overall. Nothing at all that I can suggest to make it better.

Hagerty has always been easy to deal with. Using their online portal was easy even for an old guy like me. Fast and knowledgeable. I had my new policy and pink card emailed within 5-10 minutes.

I find Hagerty's website is set up in a way that makes it easy to navigate for things such as reviewing your insurance policy, making any changes, or paying your insurance policy online when it's due.

There was really no waiting on the phone(less than 2 minutes) before Simone was on the phone asking me how she could help.

Hagerty seems good value. Agents speak my language and understand my communications. They are efficient and handle calls effectively, professionally.

I have been with Hagerty for a number of years now & have always appreciated their excellent customer service. I had to make a claim for damage to my car which went seamlessly & hassle free. I recently spoke to a customer service representative- Jag for my renewal. It was during this call upon which Jag informed me that my car had increased in value. The changes to the policy were made easily & efficiently. I have recommended Hagerty to others.

The last time I called Haggerty there system was down and had to could never get through for emergency towing. They apologised and explained system was down. I called last night to schedule a tow for this morning. They gave me a reference number and told to call back in the morning. I called back and currently have been in a cue for my call to be answered in the order it was recieved which is now been close to an hour. So if anyone sees this please call me reference number below
