I bought Bataan oil and used ir regular and no difference in hair length. Waste of money for people on budget.

I order and paid by credit card my first product on 3rd of july 25 and still waiting for your mail to confirmation tracking shipping and delivery, i try to send a mail but email address doesn't respond 😑

this is scam. People should read about them before ordering. I placed my order since 1/5/2025, never received the products.

Ordered 3 products on December 13th. Today is April 25th. It never arrived despite several emails sent requesting a tracking number. I've been too patient. I've reported fraud with my CC company

I would have given them a NEGATIVE 5 stars if it was possible. I placed my order December 2024 still have not received it. I reached out about a month ago asking for a refund and was told it was in transit. The tracking still says waiting to be picked up. I just reached out again asking once more for a refund. I believe this company is a scam STAY AWAY

Like so many others, ordered the product, NEVER showed up. Contacted their supposed customer service and basically was told, we show it delivered if you want to pursue further you have to go after the shipper.

I ordered batana oil in December 2024. It never arrived. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 working days. They kept sending emails apologising for the delay but that demand for the oil was so great. It is now April 2025 and no product. The website has disappeared. My bank refuses to refund the money as the scam happened 4 months ago. Very disappointed, never use this company, complete fraud.

Very Fake. I recieve mine but the consistency was water based. Not thick like it's supposed to be. Fake product

I ordered this product in December. I wrote 3 times before I got a response. Then they said the product in on the way a month ago. Still not here. Terrible customer service. DON'T BUY!! SCAM

I placed an order on 1/4/25 and never received my order. I have emailed them several times requesting a refund, but sometimes I get an answer, and sometimes I don't. I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please don't order from this company they don't give you back your money. My order totaled $58.86, and I never received my products or a refund.

I placed an order 12/27/24 and have not received anything but emails saying it’s on the way! They do not respond to emails and there is no phone contact. I will be putting them in BBB.

I places a order on 12/30/24 and never received the product. I have been emailing them for them to say they shipped it again which wa s lie. I have been requesting my money back and now they don't respond. I reported them to BBB!!! BIG SCAMMERS!!!!

I placed my order on 1/9/25. On 2/4/25 they emailed me that the order was on the way, but the tracker still says it still has to be picked up by the carrier. I have emailed them five (5) times, but they are not responding.

I placed my order from this company on 12/30/24, and I never received it. They sent me two emails saying it had been shipped, but it never was. I left two messages and sent an email, but no response. I just checked the web site today, 3/15/25, and it is no longer in existence. This was a total scam. They stole my money and apparently many others were scammed as well. I am beyond pissed off, to say the least.

I purchased this product in December 2024 and have yet to receive my order. I went to the website today, March 11th, 2025 to request a refund and now the site is unavailable.

I’m a bit hacked off (no pun intended). This site is bogus and claiming to be “Black Business Owned”. It’s nothing but a scam from China. This needs to be stopped as people will continue to order and get scammed. Hair Batana dot com, you are disgusting.
