Ordering is straightforward, delivery is fast, and everything arrives well packaged and exactly as expected. The Hairco team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always supportive! I also appreciate that Hairco supports salons beyond just selling products, with access to education, digital assets, and clear communication around promotions and updates. It feels like a long-term professional partnership rather than a transactional supplier relationship. If you’re a salon or hair professional looking for a reliable UK hair wholesaler with great brands, fast delivery, and excellent service, Hairco is an easy recommendation. 5 star

They lost one of my orders by not putting the correct address, even though I have used them many times. Awful customer service. After a year of trying to resolve the issue and get my money or order I stopped using them and accepted my loss. I then received a call a year later apologising and would like to offer me credit. When I went to use my credit I was told it was never put on the system and there is no proof of this. They reached out to me a year later to resolve and then created another issue. They would only give me what was owed if I spent £150 when I had already spent that and not received my order! Unreliable and terrible customer service would not use.

Unreliable delivery
Places order for next day delivery. Spoke to them twice they confirmed next day delivery, then next day told me they wouldn’t be delivering. Had to go and collect .

We’re really sorry for the hiccup with your delivery! We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after being told it would arrive next day.
We’d just moved to a new warehouse and introduced a new stock system, and unfortunately this caused a few unexpected delays while everything settled in.
We truly appreciate your patience during the transition and are glad you were still able to collect your order in the meantime.
Our aim is always to get your professional supplies to you on time, every time.. and we’re already seeing things running much smoother now.
Please DM us for a discount on your next order! We’d love the chance to make it up to you properly.
Best,
