Do not trust them. This is a scam site. I ordered 3 shorts in October, was billed and nothing ever shipped. The in December, I was charged $29 when I did not do any shopping with them and they will not respond to me or answer the phone. They will steal your money.

Please save your time and money just spent two months going back-and-forth with them and getting absolutely nothing after a month. They still told They didn’t have any shipping info after two months. They still had nothing please please please save your time and money. They look cool but they will not get to you. They just waste your time.

I placed my order in Sept., it is now Nov. T-shirt on sale. I still have not received my order. Now today they charged my card again for $30 for no reason, unauthorized. I have now been charged over $40 total without receiving anything in return. They just keep telling me they will offer a discount and send me a tracking number when it is sent.

Edit: Extra charge was dropped after going to my bank and deactivating my card. Never refunded for original order. Save your $, and more importantly your time.

Scammers, order in dec 2023 and nothing. The site is now shutdown and support not doing anything, just saying they can’t do anything because site down.

I ordered from this company in December of 2023. I have never received my order or even a tracking number for the order. They charged my card and will not give me a refund or tell me anything about my order than excuses. I contacted customer service multiple times and was brushed off. The phone number listed from the company is out of service and the website is no longer in service. I had previously ordered from this company with no issues, but it seems they are now a scam company that decided to take money from people at Christmas.

Scam. Ordered my items back in January and it’s now mid March with no shipping details or updates. When you contact their customer support email they just say their website is down for maintenance and they can’t refund or make any changes until it’s back up. That maintenance has been happening now for 2 months as well. Do not trust this “company”.

I ordered my items in the month of December before Christmas.It was supposed to be a christmas gift to myself and my son but I have yet to receive Any of my items?And it's 3-9-2024. So its safe to say they f-ing suck. Now it seems their website is also not functioning.

I placed an order Dec 11, 2023 and as of 2/29/2024 have still not received anything. I have contacted customer service multiple times and gotten the run around. Even after requesting a refund have not gotten that either with customer service stating they cannot do that as the website is down. The website is always down, even after multiple business days after contacting them again. I have now disputed the charge with my bank.

Order d a pair of slides 12/30/23 and as of today they still haven’t been shipped. I have emailed multiple times and it’s one excuse after another. For the past 2 weeks their website won’t even load. According to them their website is under maintenance and should be back up shortly. Lmao. I don’t even care anymore.

I placed an order in December 9, 2023 for a Christmas gift for my daughter and today is February 21, 2024 still have not received the order. I sent an email to the company January 30, 2024 and was told that they would contact their facilities and update me with a tracking #, still have not heard anything. Looks to me like they are scamming people. I would not order anything from them.

Ordered shorts and never got a confirmation number for 3 months. They never kept me updated , I always had to email them first to see what was going on and they kept giving me the “run around”. After 4 months of waiting with no tracking number I decided to get my refund and thankfully I was able to get that back. I would avoid ordering anything from this website I don’t think it’s worth it.

Has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts over 3 weeks ago and it still wasn’t sent out or even packaged up in that time. Contacted them and all they could say was that they’re sorry and they will try to speed the process up. Which they obviously don’t just so you can pretty much lend them money for over a month and never get a product. This is the new Wall Street at this point but you get no Return on Investment. I do not recommend this place unless you’re trying to get scammed…..

Ordered from this website: order has been processing for 2 weeks. I contacted Haikai Culture 5 times to the same response due to high volume orders are delayed. when I check again the status changed from processing to complete. I have not received any items, and a tracking number was never sent. when i reached out for a 6th time they repeat the high volume message. I have no items and They never refunded me the money. This website is a huge scam.

One of the worst experiences-

I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt from this website over a month ago. I read the shipping policies so I knew it would be some time before I received it. However, a month later, I asked whether or not the item had been shipped yet. It took 24 hours to get a reply and when I did, I was informed that they no longer could manufacture their sweatshirts and only then was I offered a refund. I highly, highly doubt that they would have reached out and offered me a refund without my email. Save your time and money.

Made an order over 5 weeks ago and still my order has not been shipped. This looked to be a legit site but looks like they are not based out of where they say they are based out of. If you really want anything from this site you better be ready to wait a minimum of 2 months and even then no promises.

I ordered 2 shorts and 4 t shirts from here since august, it was all smooth at first was hesitent but i trusted, 1 month passes i dont care about the time i just wanted my items. Next thing you know i only receive 2 shorts and 1 shirt in the package whih means there are missing items.
I contacted by gmail and it feels like im talking to a 12 year old. How unprofessional can you be. "There is a possibility that some items werent resdy so they shipped the ready one first" .....Can you believe that response, first stating a possibility whixh means that they dont even know where my items are, and second, in what world does that logic apply how do you just send a few items without telling the consumer.
Hopefully i get everything before mid nov because i ordered everything in AUGUST just in casa stuff like this happend, cant believe 3 months was even enough

Never got a tracking order but they took my $80 bucks and now no one will answer me. Haha

Order slides on August 25 paid extra for express shipping and I still have not received . I still have not gotten a tracking number but they sure took my money . When I email them they have told me the same thing for a month and half now that they are backed up . But still have not sent out my order. I would not order through them ever again and I was excited to order more but they are very unprofessional and don’t care about customers and still haven’t refunded me for my express shipping . They are great with excuses tho. If you was thinking about ordering .. DONT.

I ordered a simple pair of shorts and a large mystery box so I could experience the company. What followed was nearly a 2 month process of getting my order. After having to contact them back multiple times for updates and to acquire a tracking number, it finally arrived, and I recieved my shorts I ordered and in the mystery box? Just the same 3 pairs of shorts. What a joke.

Just got an email from the Hakai team titled, "You're Not a Loser...right?"

Low effort marketing, unless your target audience is elementary school kids.
I wasted money buying three pairs of shorts and the material is so thin and cheap, you can literally see my legs and briefs through them. Even the drawstring on the interior of the belt line is visible through the material, y'all must have used 2-ply toilet paper to make it.
Also, they need to upgrade their game. Literally no reason why an "established" website should be using a GMAIL account to communicate with their customer base. I didn't mind waiting the 7 weeks it took to get my order, but the quality of material, obnoxious emails and IG posts, and absurd pricing for shorts made with cheap outsourced labor at a significantly low cost have ensured I never buy from Hakai again and will happily share my opinion with anyone considering a purchase from them. Hard pass on this company and their products, you are not missing a single thing.
