This was my first dealings with Halcyon Days and they, and Jacqueline who dealt with me, were great.

I had bought the Trooping The Colour cup for my Mum for her birthday, which I knew she would love, but when Mum opened it and went to use it she noticed it had a big crack in it. When I let Halcyon Days know Jacqueline asked for a photo, which I supplied, and without any hesitation a replacement was offered, which arrived, crack free, in very good time (quicker than advised and expected).

Quite simply the service could not have been any better.

Apart from the lovely, consistent quality and variety of the items offered by Halcyon Days, we must say that the service is always prompt and really first class. They always go out of their way to satisfy my requests and to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Really impressed with this company, the products are lovely and the staff go beyond and above to help the customer. Would have no hesitation purchasing from them.

I needed to exchange some bangles for a different size and it was complicated due to one being sold out and the new bangles having to be delivered to the Isle of Man. Throughout the whole process, Jacqueline was SO helpful. She did everything she could to help me which resulted in our friend receiving the correct size bangles for her 60th birthday.

I wanted a gift and I noted a 5 working day delivery, which was too long. I called the Customer Services who were perfectly polite and expedited the purchase through the packaging route.
The gift arrived in good time.

Halcyon Days is a great company, producing super enamel boxes. Over the years I have purchased many boxes for a myriad events from birthdays to Christenings. Their bespoke service is very professional and I recommend them unconditionally.

Response to my issue was rapid and effective. Communications with HD has always resolved the issues in question.

The bracelets I received are just beautiful. The pictures online are true to their image, but in-person the pieces are visually stunning. They compliment other HD jewelry I pair them with. Great for everyday work to weekend or a special occasion or event!

My beloved enamel box, a gift from my parents, was broken and I was delighted to learn that I could send it to Halcyon for repair. I was surprised by the white glove service I received. A dedicated representative answered my (endless) questions and provided me with updates until it was back in possession. Overall, it was a great experience!

Jacqueline was so helpful and friendly. Her reply to my query, and detailed instructions on what to do if I were not happy with the product; made my purchase a pleasurable experience.

I had a minor "cosmetic" request which meant a lot to me but I could see it might seem trivial to customer services. Jamie got on to it straightaway and sent me what I wanted immediately without a quibble.

When corresponding with Jacqueline in Customer Service, I was informed in a timely manner, as to why my order had not been fulfilled and I was assured that she was doing all on her end, to expedite it. When unfortunately the item was no longer available, Jacqueline went above and beyond to find and offer a replacement that was similar, at a discount. I was touched by Jacqueline's efforts on my behalf. My experience with other companies when an order wasn't filled, has been an impersonal dismissal, that an item was out of stock. But not Jacqueline!

Excellent service! Ordered enamel box and delivered within 3 days to Canada. Very good sale of which I took advantage. Beautiful enamel box packaged in lovely classic blue box to add to my collection.
