Haldent Opiniones 3

On 8th Dec 2025 I started a complaint to Haldent's representative as detailed below. I previously had an All-on-4 procedure to the upper jaw some time ago. Everything was fine and initially I was pleased with the outcome. For the past few months I have been in communication with them regarding the poor quality and strength of the material (acrylic) used to make the prosthetic teeth. There is much pitting to the denture and some minor damage to a front tooth. I have eaten nothing harder than toast, beef or peanuts. The 2 year warranty is worthless and not upheld by Haldent as they just keep coming up with excuses and inferring things were said which most definitely were not and being in UK makes it difficult to persue. They try to say I grind my teeth when sleeping, not true, I never have have and the opposite is true as my wife can testify. The strength of the acrylic is far from the strength of that used in NHS dentures. I had a partial NHS denture that had no pitting or damage after 15 years plus of use and I have seen dentures that my parents had that had no such signs of pitting after many years use. They have made many many excuses but at the end of the day they will not accept that the quality of the material in my prosthetic is much poorer than similar material used by the NHS and is not worth the cost paid. Online there is much amusing comments about Turkey Teeth, well I doubt they are much worse. My advise is that if you want All-on-4 or similar then get it done in your own country as from the UK it is around £500 a trip, so by the time you add it all up then it probably isn't much difference in total cost and you will have more chance of sorting out problems like mine.

Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine.
As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do.
Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep.
After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to.
So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.

After many years of problems with my teeth, I asked my dentist what he thought about finding a place abroad to get all of my teeth replaced. His response: "that's what I would do". I didn't expect that. I looked at, and reached out to, many options in many different countries.. then came across Haldent.

First good news - I was contacted by Medhat. Medhat promised that he would be with me throughout the entire experience and ensure a great experience. This was an understatement! Medhat met me at the airport and provided all the ground transportation and hotel needs - and most importantly - was always there to provide answers to the questions that I (and my daughter) had throughout the process and even still today.

Next good news - The facility is much bigger than what you see in the online pics - it's more of a little campus. It's very clean, very modern - and staffed with lots of friendly people. These people (all of them) are so well organized and guide you through the process in such a smooth efficient way. In fact, I would say that the quality of care provided there doesn't even exist in the US... and certainly not at a similar cost. For example, immediately for surgery - I was guided to an office with a physical therapist who massages you with the intent of getting your jaw ready for surgery. Does that happen in the US?

Even more good news - Dr. Trzepatowski is very impressive. His schedule is so busy that you may not even meet him until your surgery - that man must work 16 hours a day. But he runs a amazing organization and has a great bedside manner - and even took time from his busy schedule to meet my daughter the day after the surgery.

After my surgery, I was given instructions on what to seek in terms of follow up care in the US - however, I intend to fly back to Poland for follow up care at Haldent. The follow up care is free - and although the cost of travel would be likely more expensive than just getting follow up care here - I'm convinced that the care would be better there - and that's important to me! As well, there is now a relationship and Medhat is still there to guide me through that process.

Finally, spend a few extra days in Krakow. It's a beautiful city with a thousand years of history and a few days of sightseeing while you recover will be well worth it. We also booked a tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau, also well worth it while you're there.
