I ordered a package, paid for it and NEVER received it.
The service is very poor! DO NOT recommend!
It happened in December 2025 and still don’t know what happened and did NOT get my money back. Very disappointing!

I ordered a pair of shoes but the shoes they sent me is nothing like the picture they advertised on the website. I was so angry, I paid 62.00 for dress shoes and got a pair of house shoes. Please do not, I repeat do not buy from these scam artists!

I would not bother as I found them very unhelpful. I emailed and asked to help with sizing as I was unsure if I needed large or extra large, I sent my height and weight and they just sent me a generic message (not even addressing me by my name in the email) and attached their sizing chart from their website…. I was expecting honest help and advise since I thought they manufactured their clothing. PLUS I FOUND THE CLOTHES THEY SELL ON TEMU!!!!!!! They even used some of the pictures from Temu and not bothered to take their own. Buy from there and save yourself 75% of what they are charging.

The clothes are shockingly cheap. I am very unhappy with my order.

was just told i either take 50% reim for the wrong product you shipped or nothing, was told if i report to paypal i will get nothing, you know what you can do, i know what i am going to do . they claim item was shipped from china but was shipped from long beach ny, total shipping cost $7.98, also was advised no matter how careful i ship the boots they will be damaged, mean while they arrived in a thin plastic bag.

Legit, I got my item! At first they said it was out of stock and then I asked for a refund but they said to wait for them to restock it and eventually it did come in. Definitely got scared but I got the top that I needed so much.

I purchased a skirt, but it arrived damaged. I attempted to email the company about the issue, but I received no response. When I tried again this week, I found that they had blocked me. The skirt I received is the same as the one shown in the picture, but I noticed that a similar item is available on AliExpress for a lower price.

The design were exactly what I expected/as adversed on the website,the correct sizes and perfect fit. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Eins war von der Qualität her (auf den ersten Blick) sehr gut aber hätte maximal meiner 8 Jährigen Nichte gepasst… das Top hat gerade so die Hälfte meines Oberkörpers überdecken können(ich trage S/M und es gab nur one-size)
Das 2. war qualitativ auch ganz okay aber wieder viel zu klein und eher für einen kinderkörper, obwohl es in der richtigen Größe bestellt wurde.
Das 3. war eine große Katastrophe! Ein Cut-Out-Body der angezogen nicht annähernd aussah wie auf dem Bild und generell eher so als hätte ich ein paar Stofffetzen zusammengenäht.

Rückversand ging problemlos aber hat mich durch Versand nach Kanada fast die Hälfte des Kaufpreises gekostet.
Ich kann auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen dort zu bestellen.

Will never buy from them again! Buyer beware! Bought three maxi dresses from Haibuys website. When they arrived, none looked like their picture with regard to style or fabric quality. The fabric quality looked very cheap. I immediately followed the steps to get a refund. This resulted in a lengthy back and forth with the company via email. Ultimately, they refused to give me a refund and only agreed to give me 1/3 of my total payment back, telling me to keep the dresses. Such terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
