Shape Shakers - A bit of a shame

I know that the Shape Shakers come in various shapes and colours, but I’m a bit disappointed to find all the blue and green ones are the same shape as each other. I hoped that whoever was packing them might have taken more care in their selection and put a bit more variety, I would have been fine with one or two repeats when ordering eight, but six out of eight being the same is a bit of a shame.

Undelivered goods

Undelivered goods
I have not recieved my parcel. Tracking states it is being returned, altough no attempt to deliver it was made. Its now been 7 days and i've sent 2 emails asking for an update or refund and haven't had any response!!
