Do not use this company parcels left in places that have not been agreed therefore wmif they go missing they refuse to rectify this there in breach of there contract and do nkt reply to emails please be careful use another company shocking customer service

This company has the hallmarks of a scam. Promise "ensurance and free tracked shipping" - (misspelling of insurance?) But in the conditions they claim that once the item ships any loss is the purchaser's. They claim that items ship between 3-5 days, yet when cancelling and requesting a refund within 36hrs - over the weekend and only on the original confirmation email, suddenly "it's on its way" turns up. This is contrary to their promise of a shipment email. No response is received to the cancellation request email. Also promised is tracked shipping. But tracking is neither advised, nor does it work when using a tracking link using the order number. Emailing their "24/7 chat contact" stating dissatisfaction on several levels, finally an email arrives stating that if the tracking advice is not in my spam, they will resend it. No tracking advice ever entered my inbox or spam folder - I had checked - so why did they not just advise the tracking number if it existed, rather than delay by advising me to recheck and once again email them and await more days for a reply that I doubt that I will receive. Days after confirming that no tracking number is in spam, communication silence, as expected. I also notice that the picture of the item that I paid for is not an original, but a copy of an item that is on another website with a different brand name, but with yet another generic brand name written on the item. The item also is not listed when looking through their goods for sale on their website, rather than clicking a link from a "best buy" reviewer that I trusted was bona fide. Buyer beware, especially online and with a price that could well be too good to be true.
