Thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback even if it is in the form of a 1* review, which we're sorry you felt the need to write.
I believe you spoke to our admin colleague regarding your issue with the hitch lock and she relayed that without a proof of purchase, we cannot take back a faulty item. If payment had been made via a credit/debit card, a bank/card statement could of course been utilised to assist with proof of purchase however a cash payment cannot be traced in this way.
When my colleague spoke to you, she did offer to pass on Milenco's contact details to see if there was anything they could do to assist you however I believe the conversation was halted at that point.
We pride ourselves on customer service as shown by the multitude of positive reviews and we did offer to help to the best of our abilities given the circumstances however this was declined and as mentioned, we're sorry to see you felt the need to leave a 1* review for us following guidelines the vast majority of retailers follow.
