Well I ordered a 25th anniversary scream collectors box set and the mask that it came with looks terrible! I understand they had a bad run but this one shouldn’t even have been sent out. So I’m pretty dissatisfied with what I received to be fair.

I bought this animatronic and its extremely cool in person. The box unfortunately came crushed with one side completely torn up, thankfully all pieces were tied to the inside of the box so no pieces were missing or fell out. But the item itself was not damaged and is in perfect condition. Definitely recommend it, awesome prop!

I never received it so my experience was unpleasant

I ordered 2 groan noise sticks, and one doesn’t work. I contacted the company but have gotten no response. I’m very disappointed. I have 2 kids and now one doesn’t have a working toy. I searched everywhere for these things and ended up paying too much plus shipping to get them. Very disappointed!

I’ve sent 3 emails to customer service about the broken products that were sent and no response to date

The item I received wasn’t what I excepted. I want a refund for the item. I’ve tried calling the customer service number an it seems nobody can ever help me.
