This is a total Bullshit

This is a total Bullshit! I order for my sons Birthday on February 8th and today ist April 23rd - nothing arrived. Nobody answers to my Emails. This is Bullshit and MrSavage is a Rip Off - sorry this is absolut terrible! I payed for it but nothing arrived until today and nobody is responding to any Email. Don’t order from that shit company

Not ordering from this website again!

What they do not tell you is the ridiculous fees you pay when the package shows up at your door. UPS driver explained that these are fees that the company avoids and passes on to the customer. I ended up paying nearly $100 for receiving a small package. Read the fine print before ordering from this company. Also understand that while there are replies to negative reviews online, they do not reply to emails from their customers.

Have not got my order and they do not respond when I try to contact them, two times through “contact us” on the website and two times on the e-mail.

No service

I ordered three hoodies. The order did arive in a few days and everything look great, but when i opened it, there was only one. I contacted them immediately via email and after about three days got a response that said they are solving it. 4 weeks later, no update even though I contacted them again about it.

Avoid unless you want extortionate custom fees

They dont tell you at time ordering that your subject to ridiculous custom fees, from Germany to UK they wanted another £103 on top to recieve the order. I'm not paying that on top of my £280 so I'm waiting for the company to respond and issue a full refund

Still waiting for a response and to get my refund not holding my breathe. I'd stay well clear of this company

They lie they are not resolving the issue asap as they stated

And they can reply to reviews but not respond to the emails iv sent

And now they are ignoring me again and refusing to refund so I now have to open a bank dispute to get my money back

No product no refund and no service. Not a real company.

1. Order did not arrive.
2. They sent an email a month later saying they'd credit by account 10%. They did not.
3. They have no customer service line to speak with as they are a professional scam company that uses influencers to take money from kids.
4. Do NOT buy from Hallucina as it is NOT a real company.

Disappointed and sad

I ordered the black eye zip start march and it’s been almost 2 months and my package haven’t arrived.

I tried to send a email from the order and haven’t got a answer
