Halo Renewables Opiniones

I used Halo Renewables following a recommendation from someone else in the CB23 area. From first contact to completed handover they have been excellent. As some one new to the world of solar I had lots of questions which Matthew patiently answered, and the installers (Thomas, Riley, Bradley, & Luke) did a fantastic job. They took a lot of pride in their work and were very tidy. The Sigenergy system was fully explained to me before they left, and my experience was nothing but positive.

The team did an excellent job installing our solar panels. They were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the work. The installation was completed on time, and everything has been working perfectly since. Really happy with the whole experience — highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Halo Renewables. From quote to full installation, everything was completed within just three weeks. The scaffolding was put up and taken down promptly, and the installation team were friendly, professional and did a very neat job. They worked hard to accommodate my preferences for cable routing and equipment placement, and the end result looks excellent.

A special mention goes to Matt, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He provided clear advice, shared his technical knowledge and guided me through the options to ensure I got the best setup for my needs. His support made the experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

I’m really pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Halo Renewables to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Just had the sigenergy battery and panels installed today by Tom and his team, great install nice and neat wiring from the roof into the garage and working within a few hours from when they arrived. Smooth process overall with from the first chat with Matt about what I’d like my solar panel and battery to do for me and price range. Would recommend if looking for a solar supplier and installer.

After thinking we would go with one of the three quotes we already had, I saw Halo’s ad and looked at the Sigenergy system which had excellent reviews. Matthew was transparent and direct when I spoke with him, and answered all questions quickly, and didn’t necessarily say just what I wanted to hear. Very different from another installer who were really pushy. Install was on time, neat and efficient. Team were polite and hard working, Tomaz was very helpful. Had an issue with system but resolved quickly and painlessly by Matthew. All paperwork arrived promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our experience with Halo Renewables! The team, starting with Matt, Tommy and Keilan provided honest and useful information regarding the installation requirements. Halo installed a 30kW battery and 14 solar panels at our property and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their pricing was very competitive, and from start to finish, everyone was very professional. The installation team did a fantastic job, working efficiently and leaving everything tidy. The system works perfectly and the equipment is brilliant. We are very happy with both the service and the quality of the installation and highly recommend Halo Renewables to anyone considering renewable solutions!

Further to being let down by one of the bigger suppliers over a period of months we contacted Halo Renewables who promised us a better service and delivery. Because of the previous experience we were concerned about promises made but have been pleasantly surprised by Halo Renewables who offered a short lead in time to install the Solar panels and battery. They have a super model of a large team coming on the day and completing the job in one day. The workers ( Tomas, Luke, James, Riley and Brady) were excellent - polite, clean hardworking. We couldn't believe they installed the 21 panels, battery and inverter in one day. The scaffolders they commissioned were also good (Peter et al). Mathew Stevens, our main contact, maintained constant contact and responded to all queries and concerns promptly. A big Thank You for everything.

Spoke with Mat re my house move and required system
Spoke common sense and gave great advice
The install was perfect
Bradley did a pre inspection to discuss location for battery and cable runs
Could not fault the installation team in any way
10 out of 10
Sig system leagues ahead of my prev two systems lux and enphase
Obviously had a couple of questions since install and got answers within minutes
Great job

From first contact to completion, our experience with Halo Renewables has been excellent. We were complete novices when it came to solar energy, but Matthew was patient and informative. The roofers came on time and were pleasant and not sweary at all. The electrician fitted the battery and inverter with no problems and was a very tidy worker. The system has been up and running for two weeks now and it's brilliant. Even on dull days we get some free electricity.
19 panels, 8.55kw Sigenergy battery and inverter.

From start to finish Matt and his team have communicated at every step, the installation team were punctual, professional and very easy to get on with and fitted the system expertly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Halo Renewables on every aspect including the price I’m one very happy customer who is usually very hard to please !

From day 1 I felt comfortable dealing with Matt and his team, having had a number of previous quotes where it seemed I was being pushed to sign up, Matt was basically the complete opposite, took all the details, gave a high level design and a detailed quote within a couple of days of talking. Next step was the surveyor coming round and making sure everything worked as planned and yet again a pleasure to deal with. After that came the wait whilst paperwork was being processed to allow the selkling back of the electric to the grid, but whilst that was going on Matt called and said they had a spare day could they do the rood panels, so scaffolding went up on a wednesday, on the thursday the panels went and and the scaffolding came down, was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all the team. Then we had the battery fitted and all connected, yet again another polite, professional and friendly person. All together the whole process has been managed by Matt and his team brilliantly. I would highly recommend Halo to anyone getting solar panels.

We used Halo as one of three quotes sought for our solar solution. It became apparent quickly they have the experience, people and supplies to get the job done.

From initial call, to survey, decision, deposit to installation was inside of 2.5 months.

The logistics and work itself was done very quickly, with zero impact on our home life. Everyone involved in the process was absolutely spot on.

The installation has performed flawlessly since the switch on, and I know should I need it, support would be on hand as well.

Strongly recommend Halo.

Highly recommend Halo Renewables. We had fast response to quotes, good communication from the quote to installation, and after when we needed to connect to my energy company. Quick in and out for installation of panels, clean and tidy and we couldn't be happier. After obtaining at least 20 quotes they were the most cost effective.

Had my solar fitted and received an excellent service from start to finish. They explained everything thoroughly, workmanship was excellent, all the engineers were friendly and efficient. I experienced a problem the day after installation and they immediately came round and rectified the issue. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. The system has been working excellently with no problems.

Great company for sure!

Big thanks to Mathew and the team at Halo Renewables. Four weeks post-commissioning and I’m delighted with their install and the performance of our system - a 23 panel (2 strings) array and, from Sigenstor, 2 x 8 kWh batteries, a 10kW Energy Controller and EV Charger.
All stages of the process went very smoothly, from my initial enquiry thru online quote, on-site survey and installation, thru to handover. Mathew was always very prompt to respond to my questions and their use of electronic docs and signatures really kept things moving along.
Nine weeks after first contact the install was completed by a team of 3, all worked as quietly and tidily as you could hope for.
The modularity and neatness of the SigenStor is a real leap forward from the ‘multiple-boxes-on-the-wall’ solar-only system we had in our previous house, and even the 18 month old GivEnergy setup of a mate of mine, also satisfactorily installed by Halo. Now looking forward to seeing how it works out for us over the winter months.

I want to make it clear that this review is not about the technicians who installed my solar panel system, but about the overall way this company operates. They are great at communicating during the sales process, but once the installation is complete, they become completely unreachable. You can’t get through to them because you always end up on voicemail, and they don’t respond to emails.
I had an issue with my system and waited a month and a half for a promised electrician visit, which I only got after countless follow-ups. For context, their office is just 31 miles from my home, and they claimed to be a local company that’s “always there to help.” On the scheduled day, no one showed up. I waited all day, and they didn’t even call or send a simple message. Worse, I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now with no response—phones go unanswered, and emails are ignored. Matthew Stevens and Elizabeth Milligan, who were so active during the sale, have completely disappeared. Good luck with your business, guys.

Halo Renewables delivered outstanding service throughout the entire process. The installation team was fast and efficient when setting up the solar panels and battery system. The electrician then flawlessly connected all components, allowing us to start using the system quickly.

We had 15 panels installed, a Sigenergy 8kw inverter with 36KW of battery storage, a back up gateway and an AC EV charger.

Their professionalism and careful attention ensured the process was easy and stress-free. I strongly recommend Halo Renewables to anyone interested in investing in solar power.

From quoting to completion, Halo have been very good. The quote was the best I got. The guidance and information seemed honest, open, and was genuinely useful. After quoting, they were interested but not pushy about getting the sale.
The install team and the electrician were friendly, professional, polite, and did a tidy job. Excellent all round. I, so far, found them to be very helpful after the install too.
The scaffolders are not as bad as others I've come across.
Big thanks to all involved.

Brilliant from start to finish great team professionals through and through

Highly recommended

I recently (2nd Sept) had 25 panels DMAC l, Sigenergy battery 16kwh and inverter 11kwh installed by Halo Renewables and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Matt and his team provided excellent service — professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process.

They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole installation smooth and stress-free. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do.

I highly recommendMatthew Stevenss of Halo to anyone considering solar — a trustworthy company that truly delivers on both service and results. If you have any further question regarding the company feel free to contact me .
