First of all they have fixed all issues with shipping and tracking, as I received my ring within the expected time frame. The ring was a bit smaller than I expected but the sizing matched the free sizing kit, so the size mishap was on me. Customer service was great, reached back out with in 30 minutes. I did perches the lifetime warranty and that was a mistake. You still have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Another questionable thing is the fact that the box was not in the cellophane wrapper you would expected from a new electronic device. The ring does seem to have accurate readings for steps, heart rate, and hrv though as it matches my watch. The blood pressure is questionable and there is no way to check your temperature, plus I did not wear it on night 1 and somehow it still showed a phantom sleep cycle on the app. It also have a pretty noticeable light that comes on as it tracks your vitals, the whole section on that portion of the ring lights up. All in all if you want a step, and heart rate monitor it is not bad. I do not believe it is fully as advertised though and that is disappointing.

I purchased two rings from them after waiting for more than a month they arrived with the wrong size (I followed their size guide) and the quality was not the same as their website, I have been trying to contact them since then, by now 2 months have passed, they did replied to my first email saying to wait for a response but after that no more communication from them, I feel very disappointed and would not recommend buying from them.

Gave one star because I can’t give zero. Placed order on March 17 and received a confirmation email with order number. On 3/23 I contacted the company to inquire about my order as I had received no shipping info. Two days later a reply stated order had shipped and gave a tracking number. My ticket was closed. On 4/3 my order delivered to a home in Georgia. Unfortunately I live in Texas. On 4/4 I sent an email and left a voicemail with the company and received no reply. I called again today and left another voicemail. Do not order from this company, it is a scam

This company is a scam! Ordered 2/20 and haven't received product. All updates halted 6 days later. One email aaid it has shipped and received another email that shipment has stopped tracking. Emailed support and claims that it shipped on same day it was ordered. Responses have stopped and customer service is non-existent. Have complained to BBB.

I finally got my ring, after waiting about 6 weeks. Contacted customer service several times asking for tracking information...no response. Asked for a refund...no response. Worst customer service!!! Buyer beware!!!

I would give it a zero. I have not received my products after ordering 4 weeks ago and there is still not tracking. They remove any negative comments on their social media, which have all Been the same complaints I have here. I wish I looked into them more.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I placed an order in January and, after waiting over two months, I still have not received my package. On March 2, I was contacted and told that my order had been “lost” and would be reshipped with expedited delivery. Despite this assurance, I have received no package and no meaningful updates since.

To make matters worse, my order history has now been removed from my account, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability.

The lack of communication, failure to deliver, and now the disappearance of my order information is completely unacceptable. I was forced to escalate this issue through Affirm in order to request a refund.

Waiting two months for an order that never arrives—followed by empty promises and the removal of order records—is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Scam..they will take you money then the website link leads nowhere. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order and they were quick to take the money out of my account but now the order doesn’t exist. I have emailed every email address with no response. HORRIBLE COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. Lessened definitely learned.

Halo Ring is a SCAM…
I ordered from haloring.us on February 18th. It took a week to get a shipping update. After the first shipping update, it was never updated again. When I tried to reach out to customer service via email, it bounced back then the website was no longer accessible. Now I’m seeing the exact same “website” (tryhaloring.com) selling the exact same thing at the exact same price. Reached out on all their social media platforms and they’ve deleted my comments and or blocked me.

From purchase to setting the ring up this has been a nightmare. I bought the ring in early February, and it took nearly a month to get to me (3 days less than a month to be exact). Once I got the ring, the charger was not working right and I had to try 3 different outlets to get it to actually charge it fully. The app they have is the LuckRing app and it is awful to use. I have never been able to finish setting up my account, and their support team has not gotten back to me. The ring itself fits fine (which is about the only thing they got right). I have put in 3 support tickets over the past week with no responses at all from Halo. The ring DOES NOT track my sleep (which is the main reason I bought it because I charge my watch at night) and I have worn it constantly. It also died in 2.5 days but it says that it should last 4-8 days on their site….overall, this thing is a piece of junk and I wish I would have just spent the money to get the real thing.

SCAM!!! Ordered, took forever to arrive. When it finally arrived, It was a plastic knife taped to a piece of Styrofoam! I cannot get anywhere with emailing them. Do not order from!

!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I received multiple emails “apologizing for shipping delays” and “website changes”. I was never able to track my order and was denied refunds after receiving emails saying that I could get one. I wish I would have read more reviews and trusted the ones that said DO NOT ORDER FROM HALO.US. It is a SCAM and I am very disappointed.

I ordered my ring and received tracking info then a few days later I received an email saying their changing their website and now all of a sudden I can't get no update on tracking nor can I get them to return an email. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is a huge scam. Never received the product and they charged me before it shipped. The shipping updates were false and never got any communication until I asked for a refund. The made excuses and blamed it on the weather. I reported them to my bank and they can dispute the charge. After I did so I got notice they were going to refund my money but funny no refund so far do not order from this company. It is a scam and from what I understand if you do receive product, it is subpar and not worth the money. A day after they sent me an email that they’re changing their website and I can understand why because they’re running from people.

This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER from them. Took over a month to receive anything, when my order finally arrived it was not HALO brand, it was “da ring” save your money and order from a company with integrity.

I love this ring! I’ve used a few others and this one is the best price and looks so much nicer than the others. They are true to size and so you don’t need to size up unless your hands swell. I would highly recommend this ring and the app is free!

Placed an order on the 19th December, the details are managed through the Shop app.

We are in the Uk and the courier tracking number states that the item was delivered to Colorado
Springs USA.

When we try to get an order update, neither the Shop app or the Halo site recognise the order despite us having a receipt and money having left the account. We have tried to contact them four or five times and they ignore both support requests through the site as well as emails.

The only conclusion I can come to is this is a huge scam. Website looks great but unfortunately in my experience money is taken and false order and tracking details are provided.
