Michelle and her team were great to work with . I live overseas and was very keen to state my apartment from the start as I’ve seen the added value this can bring to property where I live ( it’s the standard way to sell a property here ) . Michelle and her team communicated well and presented my property as I’d envisioned . She took away all the mental load of this aspect of the sale and when it came to viewings my property was had an offer in within the first week and subsequently sold . If you are thinking about staging would definitely do it and very happy to recommend Michelle and her company . I definitely think her team not only aided with the quick sale ( a very similar property had been on the market for a couple of months and it sold yet ) but also to the value

The service provided by Michelle is second to none, great communication, great furnishings and an extremely hands off process that was paramount to us accepting an offer within a few weeks, the staging of the property most definately pushes up the sale price we received.

HAME Staging did a wonderful job in staging our apartment. It was empty and the staging really helped to make it feel more homely and with a large open plan space, helped buyers to imagine how they could use the main room. I believe the work done by HAME helped us to sell the property quickly. They were also able to have to move quickly and had everything done within a week and a half of contacting them. Good vale for money too. They even made it smell nice!

Although I had a vague concept of what needed to be done to improve my chances of a good sale, I had no idea what a huge difference staging could make. Michelle put us at ease immediately and explained how little changes we could make would improve first impressions of each room in the house. She gave us a detailed report with suggestions for every room, including what to leave, what to remove and what to add (with useful links to ideas where additions were suggested). We followed her advice and the transformation ready for our marketing photos and viewings was incredible. We sold quickly and for a good price.
