I can’t thank Stephen and Hamish Homes enough for making selling my late mum’s home an easy and stress free process. Stephen kept me up to date every step of the way, and this put my mind at ease as I live 4.5 hours away from the property. He had a lovely friendly manner and was so easy to talk to and had great patience with all my questions, which meant a lot. I would highly recommend Hamish Homes to anyone selling their property 100%

Fantastic service
Stephen was really helpful from our first meeting, very knowledgeable, reassuring and clearly explained our options and the processes. His relaxed and straightforward style was easy to relate to.
His availability, patience, great communication and positive approach were super helpful and made the selling of our house easier and smoother.
The video and photos used for the sale were of a very high quality.
All round a fantastic service we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hamish Home (Gary was our agent - friendly & great communication) gave us good advice on the current market conditions. They dealt with all the viewings for us but kept us informed of planned viewings. They were supportive when we did get an offer & discussed pros/cons of said offer.

We initially made contact with Hamish…
We initially made contact with Hamish Homes because of word of mouth from previous clients and observing that most of the sold properties were advertised by Hamish Homes.
From our first conversation with Stephen Area Manager we were very much put at ease and felt excited and confident in what was offered by Hamish Homes.
From start of our conversation the cottage was on the market within 2 weeks everything from survey. Valuation and solicitor was organised for us by Stephen.
Viewing was undertaken by Stephen himself and by the first weekend we had received offers . It was not as stressful as we had anticipated all thanks to Stephen Murray Jnr.
They come highly recommend by us

Really great experience with Kelly, from start to finish. She was well organised when arranging a viewing, something I couldn't say of all competitors, and friendly and professional during the viewing. Kelly then offered support and guidance throughout the process of buying, often outside of normal working hours. As nervous first time buyers, we really appreciated this.

Hamish get the job done!
I was dealing with Kelly who made big promises during our first phone call. She told me she would have a photographer and surveyor around within two days and the house would be on the market within the week. I must admit I was sceptical. Two days later the house had been surveyed and photographed and two days after that, it was on the website for sale. Kelly keeps her promises! She handled the viewings, and communication throughout was excellent.
It’s eight weeks later & I have handed the keys over to the new owners.
I can’t thank Kelly and the company enough for making this such an easy process & getting the job done.

Fantastic Service
From the moment we spoke to James about selling our house we were confident he would lead us through the process successfully. He certainly did that and he arranged viewings promptly and we received a couple of offers very quickly. From start to finish took less than four months and so we were delighted. Very professional but equally friendly at all times, easy to get hold of at anytime and always phoned when he arranged to. Couldn’t have had a better level of service and we would highly recommend Hamish for selling or buying a property. Definitely offer a five star service.
