Good products prompt shipping wasn’t delivered on the day that was supposed to be

ordered from Australia , arrived one day early and just left at the front door, no message or email was sent to the receiving party to advice delivery , well packed was smaller than I expected especially for the price

Although the product was exactly as described, it was delivered a day early and there was no one home to receive it. Had it been a really hot day I'm sure the chocolate items would have been spoiled.

Website kept saying error before payment could be made. When payment was finally made, error came up again then website said all okay. How does one know if accepted or not? On delivery one of boxes had no note so they were clueless as to sender until I rang days later.

Very easy to order, really fast and efficient service. Lots of different hampers to choose from.

Every time before I got to the pay section the website said there was an error. When I eventually got past that to pay it told me there was an error even though payment went through according to website. So you don't know if it's successful or not. Also one of the deliveries had no note with it so they didn't know the sender.

The recipient was very pleased with the contents. The process from time of order to tracking the order was very simple.

Easy to use website. Order arrived on prearranged day and was well packaged. I ordered the Birthday Hamper and I had a slight concern as the items listed on the outer polythene packaging differed from those listed on the website, but on opening the hamper and checking, all was as described. Process of order was simple. Website photos reflected a true image of product. Deliver was as promised regarding day and time. Packing and presentation of product was lovely.
