The Hampers were presents and delivered to their homes so I can’t comment on the contents but the delivery was faster than stated and tracking and communication was excellent.

Everything about this transaction was outstanding: The price; quality and selection of contents; processing and delivery of the order (ordered late Sunday night and arrived early Tuesday evening) and timely updates on order progress. Highly delighted and can thoroughly recommend this firm!

Delivery problems
Edit: the company acted promptly as per reply, and my parcel was successfully delivered. I can’t comment on the contents as I didn’t see/haven’t heard back yet, but seems good quality.
My gift is going to someone’s work address (thanks for a job well done). Except that for two days running, the delivery company have tried to deliver after 7PM at night, when the office is closed! There is no option for a delivery slot time, and at this rate, the parcel will be returned to sender as undeliverable, no doubt at my cost. If the delivery company used cannot accommodate for parcels delivered to office addresses, then this should be made clear at the ordering stage.

I’m really sorry for the experience you had with this delivery. Having the courier attempt delivery after office hours more than once is not the service we expect for our customers, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
This was caused by an IT glitch that temporarily routed some business-address orders to EVRi instead of a more suitable business-oriented carrier. The fix is already in progress, and this won’t happen again.
I can see a member of our team has already reached out to you with an apology and resolution, and I’m pleased the hamper has now been received.

Shockingly bad....where can I leave photos to show....look like it been flung in a box ...no film over front over hamper ... crisps crushed...had to redress it myself....not worth it.....so sad I didn't stick with Cornish pasties and cream tea's... lesson learned

The hamper was great. Recipient was happy. Regardless, I am aware now the delivery is via Evri, so will not order in future.
They use Evri. If I had known i wouldn't have ordered from them.
Cannot comment on the hamper box as it still didn't arrive.

Unable to deliver to the correct address
The package was dropped off nowhere near the correct delivery address. It lay out in the open over night when a kind local picked it up and walked it over to the correct address. I have no idea if the contents have been damaged. However, the response to this by Hampers.com, which included a refund, was immediate, professional and helpful. I would give them another chance

Very disappointing. We booked a delivery today and paid extra for it to arrive. It was for our son’s birthday.
They use EVRI who are a shambolic delivery company. It still hasn’t arrived.
Avoid at all costs.
