Do not order from this company

Not a trust able company I was lucky I did get my order but not delivered next day as paid for. I had not read reviews as wanted to order before 2pm so grandson got next day as had been in hospital.
Do not use this company ,they do not reply to emails ect.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could, needed 3 hampers for graduations so ordered the immediate delivery for 48 hours. It's been 6 days they're still not here. What am I supposed to do with them now. Don't need them any more. There is no way to cancel the order, no contact number and when you email they never reply. I have messaged them on all platforms and got no response from anywhere.

Fraudulent company

Indeed I purchased a gift from them for next day delivery. I tried to cancel before dispatch but no response from email. They have taken my money, their online tracker still states not yet dispatched and its been a number of days. They are a fraudulent company, I was tricked because they are a sponsored link on top of Google search. DO NOT USE!

Cheap quality, no communication and definitely not worth £40. I was embarrassed to have given this as a gift. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order and then read the reviews after which made me think this site was a complete scam so in all honesty Im just happy something turned up which in fairness does sort of resemble the picture. The hamper I ordered was a gold one and it came with red hearts instead of gold so that was a bit dissapointing. It also allows you to pick a dispatch day so I chose end of June date and it was dispatched on the 12 which meant it arrived on 14 (so I guess fairly quick delivery). I mean although it sort of looks like the picture I wouldn't order from here again.

Most likely fake or scammers

I ordered kinder chocolates as a gift for a friend.

I mistakenly used my friend’s shipping address as the billing address.

I tried to edit this on the website however it did not give me the option to do so.

I contacted them by email as they do not have a direct line.

I asked if they could kindly amend the billing address.

I did receive a response advising this could be changed and to provide the address.

I provided them with the correct billing address however I received no response. I sent my initial email on the 24th and sent another one on the 25th and no response to confirm if the billing address has been updated.

I hadn’t read the reviews prior but wish I did.

I wouldn’t use the company again based on the lack of response which I believe is poor customer service.

The products I paid for (kinder chocolate) were not cheap I paid £22.

Customer service definitely is part of your experience and it now feels tainted.

I still do not know if it has been amended or not.

Wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of response and based on the other reviews.

The goods haven’t been delivered at present and I am concerned now what they product will look like based on the other reviews.

Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!
Ordered a luxury box and it was far from.
For one the chocolates are cheap and don't come in a box like they advertise.
Two the candles are purple and not red so do not match.
Three the roses are synthetic and not bath roses.
Everything is extremely cheap and tacky.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

Terrible gift

I brought a hamper for my friend 40th and the hamper arrived broken.
The confectionery not attached to the bouquet and chocolates are back to front and the sweet package torn. I escalated to customer service and they were absolutely awful.They confirmed I need to stick the item back on ?? Outrageous!! I paid for a £25 gift and I need to stick items back on and in any event the package was torn on some items
No compensation or acknowledgment They confirmed I need to send back for a refund at my own cost. However I provided pictures with evidence. I had to purchase another present for my friend and incurred more cost

They have a duty under the sales of goods act to sell products in good order !! Complete disaster !!

Do not use this company!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service !! Avoid

AVOID! If outside UK you pay Customs twice!

Like many others I wish I had read the reviews before buying!! The website is slick but everything else about them is terrible!!! If you are outside the UK they say they are part of the IOSS system and so they charge you customs and VAT when you are purchasing. Then when the parcel arrives in your country Hamperwell have not filled out the paperwork properly and you have to pay Customs again in your own country to get the parcel released, otherwise it will be returned to sender. I told them this and told them that customs told me to get a refund of the taxes from the seller. Of course they have completely ignored that request despite me sending them proof from, and correspondence with, the customs department here in my country.

And to top it all off, when the parcel did eventually arrive I got somebody else's order! The address on the box was mine but the paperwork inside and the gift card was for another person, AND the box I received contained the wrong chocolates (I presume I got the box belonging to the person on the paperwork). They did offer to send me a replacement box (the only small bit of "customer service" that I received) but I refused as I'm sure I would have just ended up paying more customs on the replacement, as they refused to acknowledge the mistake on the customs system so it could very much happen again. And now that I've read the reviews I do wonder would that replacement ever have arrived at all?

The item I received was the same value as the item I ordered so I went ahead and gave it to my nephew anyway and apologised that it was wrong. (I never saw inside the box though and now reading other reviews I dread to think what it looked like)

NEVER order from this company, and I've learned my lesson to ALWAYS read reviews before I buy from a new company. A slick website does not equal a good company and I feel a fool for falling for it! Don't make the same mistake as me!

Terrible ordering system that delivered a gift a week early, awful and rude customer service. Product rubbish- kinder bars with prices on them… including in euros?! Do not order from this company.

I ordered a large hamper with the soap…

I ordered a large hamper with the soap roses and chocolates and a bottle of wine.
After the purchase, I looked at the trustpilot reviews, then dreaded my purchase.... Had made the wrong decision?
However, my hamper package arrived the next day, along with detailed pre and post, Evri delivery notes. No issues whatsoever.
I was then fearful that the hamper would be of poor quality, as per the write ups here. Thankfully, I need not have worried. My cousin was thrilled with her gifts and during a video call, I could see in person, what it looked like. I was extremely pleased. All as per the photos shown online.
So from my first experience with this company, I cannot fault them in anyway. All went to plan. Just ensure when you book to deliver you have to confirm your preferred date and read the description of the contents thoroughly. I would order again without hesitation

Wish I read the reviews before I made…

Wish I read the reviews before I made payment to these con artists. They keep saying my parcel was delivered but I haven't received anything it's been over a month after sending them countless emails I get no reply. They're just scammers pretending to be running a business. Avoid at all costs

Never Use this company

Where do I start.
I ordered two gifts, one for my sons birthday, chocolate lover that he is, and another for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Both ordered on the 10th April. The birthday present was allegedly dispatched on the 10th April (email confirmation) and the birthday was the 17th April. Got an email on the 17th April telling me that they were sending me a return label. WHAT??? I never asked for e return as I never got the product. Contacted support and they said I didn't put a delivery date but that it was to be delivered on the 19th April. Still no delivery and now they have refunded me but charged me €17.89 for the privilege of not receiving the goods. Then I get an email to say that my wife's present is on the way (email 19th April). It is now the 25th April but no sight of that present either. But I am now bombarded with Spring sales etc. I can only assume that I will be charged another €17.89 for the non delivery of these goods too. The level of incompetence is colossal and the cheek of them to chage me for their incompetence is beyond comprehension. Needless to say, I am not finished with this company by a long shot. But to you good people I say "Save yourself the embarrassment of undelivered goods and shop elswhere". You deserve better.

I didn't even want to give one star. They never displayed my review for them. Terrible. We never received the order and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Its Royal Mails problem. NEVER USE.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. I ordered a chocolate and candle bouquet for my wife's birthday. Other than the branded lindors the other chocolate was mediocre to poor in taste and texture, definitely not 'luxury' as quoted. The roses (which I were led to believe were soap, I see the wording on the website has now changed) are actually poor quality, tacky synthetic roses that had no aroma, not really sure what the point of them is? And finally, the candle scents I ordered were not the ones received. Very disappointed over all, for what was hoped to be a special luxury addition (especially at that price tag!) to my wife's present collection left us both very underwhelmed and disappointed. Won't be ordering again or recommending.
Edit: they have now blocked me on Facebook as I left the same review there 🤣
