Great company, excellent service, amazing quality products. A week after the purchase, I had not received the door numerals as the courier lost my parcel. I emailed Handle Hardware and they immediately sent another parcel. Two days later I received it. Thanks Handle Hardware!

Placed my order on 28th April
Placed my order on 28th April, its now 16th May and its not arrived! Have checked on the website and the status is "Pending". No updates to advise why there's a delay in sending the item. Disapointing!

Items showed in stock online although days after taking payment I was informed I’d have to wait for weeks for the items.
Items randomly arrived when I was away, with no prior warning. When I’d returned from holiday, found items not quite as expected, and asked for an exchange of colour immediately. Informed couldn’t be changed as was out of return period by a day, despite random arrival of goods.
They then stopped replying to any communication.
I rarely leave reviews but this left me frustrated for expensive premium items. Disappointed and will not use again for any future projects.

Also, our website does not show stock levels. We always recommend calling prior to placing an order to check stock if the items required are urgent.

Absolutely brilliant service

I purchased brass handles online but…
I purchased brass handles online but got refunded the following day with an email to say they were no longer available!!!
Very disappointing but at least this company refunded me immediately.

Service was shocking. We had to return a set of handles due to builder getting sizes wrong and the amount we received was less than it should have been due to 'delivery charge' VAT. We asked to see proof of the charge from the company but the owner refused.
All felt very snakey, would tread carefully with this company.
