I arrange for a gift box to be sent for new year to a friend who had just moved yo a new city, The gifts were not delivered claiming my friend was not home. They did not ring the bell, nor called her cell number which was supplied. The delivery could only be rescheduled for this morning because of the Holiday. My friend stayed home for the delivery which again did not come. They say it was “attempted” although they again never rang the bell nor called her. Appalling delivery service. No slip with tracking number left. The number to call is a recorded message.

I originally found Handpicked Wine Box because they had the best price on a bottle of wine I needed to order. But I have to say their customer service is absolutely exceptional -- there were obstacles with the vendor having stock availability throughout the whole UK (for everyone selling this wine) but Duncan and Becky went to such great lengths to get my wine delivered to me in time. They kept me updated throughout the process and were so friendly.

I thought this might be a one-off wine order but I am so impressed with this company that I will be ordering all my wine through them. Thank you for a great experience! :)

Fabulous help available online - very friendly. I bought this case of wine for my husband so will not be opened until Christmas Day. However it is a beautiful rose and this lovely company was the only seller we could find who could order it in for me. I will definitely order from them again

So much care is taken with my orders! Each bottle from my box is chosen based on what the owners know I like as well as helping me to discover new wines. And delivery is very flexible and quick. The most personalised service in wine that I have ever come across!

I received a call after I placed my order to tell me the wine was delayed in getting in stock. The person I spoke to was very friendly and told me about the wine. I was offered to change it for something else or wait a bit longer (only a few extra days). The communication about this issue was great and the wine was delivered very promptly afterwards!

Lovely wine and efficient delivery. I bought a gift card, wine and chocolate set; purchase of £130 for a gift. Unfortunately the chocolate had melted on route as it was a rare hot day in the UK and couldn't be salvaged so I had to buy some more locally but the wine was red thankfully 😄
