I absolutely love the wine is probably the most important point! We’ve also tried loads of new wines after getting advice from Becky; every recommendation has been spot on. It’s made such a difference having someone who can advise & guide you - it’s opened up a whole new wine world!

The courier not only made 3 attempts to deliver your package but has also been in touch with the recipient who has requested a specific delivery day. It is now being held in the depot for redelivery. 4 delivery attempts is above & beyond.
Absolutely gutted that you have written this negative review without contacting us first or without the information to back your slander up. The recipient has elected a specific delivery date so there is not even an issue.
Maybe you dont realise the damage incorrect & defamatory reviews can do to small businesses, we actually care & are easily contactable...
Personal selection.
I asked Becky to personally choose some wine based on my parents favourites (but to find something new), it was gift packaged and had the most wonderful selection. My parents were thrilled! Such an easy process and I appreciated the enthusiasm Becky had for it. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful wine and service..
I can’t recommend The Handpicked Wine Box highly enough.
Rebecca has come to my rescue on more than one occasion with last minute gifts and her recommendations have always been considered and spot on. She will cater for any budget and preference and will help with any questions you have.
Customer service is at the heart of everything they do and following a plea from me for a next day delivery, Rebecca kept me informed at every step regarding delivery of the order and went on to double check it arrived ok.

Great customer service, quick delivery
I was very impressed with the customer service. The website wasn't easy to use on a mobile with the pop ups which resulted in my order being put through with the wrong address. But I emailed the problem and received a reply very quickly with them rectifying the error. Thank you for your great service.
