I custom ordered a Handsling TR2EVOS Sprint Trackframe and could not be more satisfied. Able to utilze my own sprint stem and handlebars and the pursuit bar set-up from Handsling. The frame and fork have very good attention to detail, good finish and are built for the development of big power and putting that into making the bike go faster. I am very satisfied with my decision to build up a Handsling Track racing bicycle.

Amazing bike and absolutely brilliant customer service. Have the perfect bike with so much attention to detail on the finishing. The whole Handsling team were committed to ensuring the bike and set up are immaculate - can’t rate them and my A1ROevo more highly!

Very personal service. I liked seeing where the frames in their raw factory delivered state, seeing where the bikes are sprayed and assembled and meeting the team. It was really good to be able to do a solid 30km test ride too. I love my bike just now need to get some solid miles in when the weather improves.

I can't recommend Handsling enough, if ever in doubt which bike to go for you can't go wrong by choosing a A1R0evo. Firstly the company really care that you get the bike you really want, for example I changed colours on numerous occasions during the buying process and Handsling were brilliant with me, really cared that I received a colour I was really happy with. Their customer care is first class, and they really care about the cycling experience. And the ride - first class. I've only been out once due to the weather but on a segment I did the previous day on my other summer bike in slower conditions I was a minute faster over the 10Kms, just outstanding. Plus it just soaks up road buzz and bad road surfaces. Its amazing. Handsling has been designed in a way which makes it quick, handles brilliantly and is amazingly comfortable, but I think their killer USP also has to be that its completely bespoke to you.

Overall a reasonable buying experience with decent customer service. The purchase wasn’t completely straightforward though, hence the dropped star.
Ordered a groupset for a good price which was showing in stock. However after contacting Handsling, they said the carnkset in the size I wanted was out of stock, but they managed to source another one with the right crank length and everything was dispatched quickly and arrived in good order. One problem with the groupset though was that the chain shipped with it wasn’t long enough to fit the 1x set up ordered, so another contact with them and a correct chain was ordered, but I did have to pay a little extra for this because of the cost difference. They absorbed some of the price difference, but not sure why you would ship a groupset with a chain that isn’t long enough to fit? Overall happy with the price and shipping, but could have been better for the 5 stars.

It was good engaging with a smaller company and being able to visit their premises, and see the manufacturing side, and to meet some of the team. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and passionate about the company and products. The bike I bought was a A1R0evo, and I had it painted in a lovely steel blue. The first thing I noted when I started riding it, was how comfortable it was, which is great considering how many bumps and potholes there are, it just sailed across them. The SRAM red new version groupset is lovely to use. The bike zooms along effortlessly, which I would expect of an aero bike, but with a more relaxed riding position, I feel I could ride it for many hours without fatigue. Best of both worlds, I think. I feel that Handsling will be supportive should I have any problems in the future, and I feel more confident in dealing with them than with a huge manufacturer.

I'm really pleased with the
handsling bicycle I bought from them.The first visit to the workshop I was shown round the various stages of the bike build and chose the type of frame and components that I required. They kept me up to date with the build and approximately when it would be ready, when I picked it up they pointed out slight damage on the handle bars hence that is why I only gave 4 stars.
I will now have to arrange to return to get the bars replaced.

The bike itself is fantastic. And the communication after the order was placed was great as timing was tight and customs issues slowed us severely.
