Rapid delivery, great price!

After travelling down to choose the spec for my bike the team were very informative about the A1ROEVOs I was purchasing. Over the two days I had a test cycle and 3hr 30 minutes of discussion. I collected my bike on April 10th and it looks absolutely stunning.

Very happy with overall service- no negatives to mention.

Great experience from initial viewing of bikes at factory through to delivery for my son who races junior national this Yr.
Went through all options with David to get perfect set up, who was extremely patient throughout process.
We were kept informed of delivery(which was initially delayed due to shimano), we even had free handsling sweatshirt because of this delay.
Whole experience from ordering, delivery and aftercare from all staff has been truly extraordinary, any questions answered very quickly via email or phone.

Ordered the very latest Pursuit frameset. Excellent interactions with the sales team to ensure I ordered the right size with lots of colour options!

With an hour record attempt scheduled, Handsling was up against the clock (pun intended!) to get the new bike to me in time - they pulled out all the stops, providing top notch support and succeeded.

Purchased an aero bike , when I received the bike the paint was chipping the lacquer was off . Informed Handsling who arranged for the bike to be sent back, the problem was resolved paint supplier had changed the formula without letting Handsling know . Took a while to resolve , I was phoned directly by the MD who apologised and gave me some massively discounted wheels as an apology . The bike was returned looked amazing paint quality brilliant I bought the metallic orange colour. It’s been ridden over 200 miles in the last 2 weeks. It’s a great bike point to point its very direct and responsive to power changes effortlessly for the money it’s great value . The customer service from all staff has been great and I thank them for the updates and the professional way my issues were dealt with. Why pay more for a top end bike when you can get this product which is just as good in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this bike and the overall customer experience .

I found all the staff very helpful and informative when I went for my test ride. They are passionate about their product and great to be able to visit their hub.

So many different components to choose from but they help you make your selections.

Nice smooth ride since I fitted my Handsling BB. Ceramic definitely feels better. Slight delay in despatch, but overall I’m happy.

Ordered a frame to be sent to the US and it arrived in less than 2 weeks! Well packaged, all customs fees taken care of and fast! The bikes are great, I have 2 (Track & Road) both are exceptional value for money and as good as anything.
