Shopping online as it should be: simple!

'Late' birthday gift for a friend…
I bought a birthday gift for a friend on-line at short notice and subsequently called the shop to see if there was a way to expedite receiving it ( I live locally). The customer service from Hanleys was extraordinary. In the first instance it was great to have a phone call answered by a person who was interested in helping me and then took action. I was so impressed, Hanleys will be my first port of call for menswear from here on in. The customer service and level of care exhibited is rare and very valuable. Thank you very much.
