My mortgage was arranged five years ago by Hannie. It is now time for a renegotiation. I spoke with Hayley today she was friendly and comes across as being well informed about the many options. She is going to do some research and get back to me with the choices of what may work well for me.

I had my initial appointment with Kayleigh, she was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She went through all my details thoroughly and was able to get me a mortgage in principle for more than I thought was possible. My fiancee and I had a free mortgage consultation with Kayleigh. We went into the appointment not really sure how the whole mortgage process worked - and uncertain about how much we'd be able to borrow (made more difficult because I am self-employed).
