Great customer service.
I bought some men’s handkerchiefs which arrived quickly. Fortunately they arrived to the correct address as Hanford’s rang me to check the address, which was missing the house number.

What a gem!
I've been a customer for several years and always pop into the shop when in Chichester, often simply to browse and almost as often come away with a purchase. The range of clothing is fantastic with a great choice. I love colour and am never disappointed with the shirts. The team is great, always helpful, friendly and honest ... does my bum look big in this? :-) Visit, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly, knowledgeable and v helpful staff. Would have been a 5 star but for the cost! Most expensive pair of casual trousers I have ever bought and the cost of parking in Chichester is nearly as bad!

Excellent service
I needed a new pair of striped trousers, the gentleman who served me assessed my size immediately and the first pair he gave to to try on fitted perfectly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and enjoy a bit of fun, I would highly recommend Hansfords.
