Absolutely awful organisation and automated systems that rescheduled a missed delivery and then automatically cancelled it 12 hours later and then returned to sender 3 days later!
12 days and counting to receive my ‘next day delivery’ parcel and it’s still not here.
Customer Service promised a no signature delivery and guess what - email from Royal Mail saying they need a signature.
Another missed delivery!!!

I heard about them from a friend of mine who lives in the UK. They were quite good at providing him the best market price and drug suited for his weight loss. I wish they shipped out of the UK.

Ellie at customer services has been nothing but outstanding, she’s an absolute asset to your organisation. She’s always so thorough and helpful. In fact all of you are great! Unfortunately I forgotten the original lady I spoke to, she was absolutely incredible too!

Would not recommend this company. Problems with delivery from DPD continually. Very inflexible. Offer no options to customers at all. Seem to forget that people work and can't sit at home waiting on delivery. . DPD tried to deliver last Saturday and did not try again. So one attempt. There is no other options available ie select different date or time or pick it up yourself. So now I am paying happen a £20 redelivery charge or they will keep the mountjaro despite me paying for it as was returned to them. Really poor and also very expensive. Moving to Asda.

Competent people in the right place, always helpful and able to advise. They have never disappointed me. Every conversation with this team gives me more confidence, and that's followed by action: I can and will do what I've planned.

I’m nearly to the end of my treatment. I feel good, more energetic and flexible . My bladder pressure is normal now . I have not noticed any side effects.

Very helpful over the phone couldn't do enough and explained everything as what would happen.the only down side is trying to get your delivery. I was told my parcel would be delivered at a time wen I was at work all day then went on to the website to change delivery but you can't they've put it out for tomorrow and I won't be around to accept it.i use to have it delivered by royal mail and if not in I cud go to the post office to collect it.very frustrated. I have now been told that I have to pay £20 to get my parcel redelivered after dpd doesn't give much notice for delivery.

After many phone calls and discussions about how I could not be around for signed deliveries and reassurance that the delivery company would be changed, yet again we are in the same situation. This company say they listen but it’s clear that do not. So very frustrating and disappointing.
You have asked for me to make a comment, after many phone calls I was assured that you would use a different service and that my safe place would be used, this was written on my notes. Why are you now saying this is not possible?
