Hello , Last year, I bought a Moondrop grape from this company and took care of it for a year. This year, when I saw its clusters, I realized that it was not the original. Even after searching for the image on Google, I was 100% sure that I had been scammed.
This company is taking advantage of buyer confidence.
I will definitely sue this company through legal means and pursue my damages.
Dear buyer, please be careful so you don't suffer my fate.

I've ordered some Anthurium seedlings and seeds a while ago and i was and still am very pleased with them. Everything was packed well and my package arrive quite fast. The plants/seeds were in great condition and are developing nicely. All of the seeds did sprout and got their first leave which (to me) is a clear indicator of high quality. Additionally i'd like to point out, that the seller is very friendly and answered all of my questions patiently and in a timely manner :-) I can highly recommend Happiestplants and will most certainly place another order in the near furture.

Product top is top drawer. Communication was prompt and clear with great knowledge. Tracking of package was clear and updated promptly. Seed was well packaged and well hydrated with moss on arrival. Would recommend again.

It has been great experience , i will say more than great as AJ goes extra mile for delivering plants to India . He has been my main source of getting Quality plants From USA , and his own breed seeds which germinate quite well and are very healthy . Be it a seed , seedling or a plant they arrive just as they where packed in pristine condition which helps alot and makes acclimation easy . Thank you AJ

Incredible! Words can’t express enough about how kind Happiest Plants is. Our order, is currently stuck at the border. With that, they were generous enough to send a few to cover the possible lost babies. This wasn’t even asked for and far beyond expected. 12/10 would recommend!

It is incredible how difficult it is to collaborate with this company!
I launched the online order on March 16 and until today, April 9, I have not received the plants; not even a reply to the emails sent to them ....
The weather in Romania was excellent: it was even 22*C and the nights were over 6*C; the plants could be sent without any problem!
I asked to refund my money (around 240 Eur)... of course I didn't have any success!
In the chat on their website, if I fill in the order number, I receive the following edited message from March 16:
'Confirmed
We're preparing these items for shipping.
Mar 16'
The only thing I want is to refund my money and forget about the experience with this company.

I will document myself to see where (to which UK authority) I can write a complaint for this company so that I can get my money back!

I am totally disappointed!

Update after reply from HP:

on March 25 I sent to HP an email where I asked for the plants to be sent (hoping the plants will be send with a fast carrier and will not be more than 6 days on the way) - I did not receive a reply

on March 30, April 2 and April 6, I sent other emails to ask if they sent already the plants (I wrote them also that, starting with April 8 I'll not be home for a month and - if the plants are not already on the way - i would like to refund my money) ...... and, of course, no answer from this company

update on 12 of June 2026:

until this date I have not received either the plants or my money!
I think this company has big financial problems, that's why they can't refund my money!
Be careful and avoid buying from this company!

Disappointed, I placed an order and emailed after no further information, also got my friend to message their instagram but again no response. Finally used their chat service on their website and was told the team was away at a plant show until next week.

Extra few stars because the person I spoke to was very helpful in refunding me.

There was no communication on the website or when ordering that no orders would be fulfilled until next week. Disappointed in the experience with this company as their plants look lovely, but communication is where it falls flat

Great experience! My plant arrived in perfect condition, carefully and securely packaged, and the heat pack was still warm when it arrived, very important when you live in the arctic.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the generous freebies, so many! Communication throughout the process was excellent, we never had ANY misunderstandings, it was all clear and friendly throughout.
It’s obvious that a lot of thought goes into both the plants and how they are shipped. I’m super happy with my order and will definitely be coming back for more and more freebies ;) Highly recommended!
