Built-in bra swimsuit, 3 piece set with pockets. The order took forever to be delivered and I had to chase it twice. I measured myself before ordering. The 3 items came and look awful. Nothing like the videos I watched. I asked for a free return voucher but they offered me a small refund instead. I said that was no good as I couldn't wear them. They said return them at your own cost which is really expensive. Very bad customer service. Last contact made today.

not starting well. I agreed the cost of the item and purchased it. They added £2.00 as vat without telling me and charged that extra to PayPal. As they are Chinese I suspect that they cannot charge vat anyway. Will I get my purchase?

I ordered a plantable seed calender which stood on a wooden frame, as a Christmas present. It arrived later than specified. Sent from China when original listing referred to USA. Item arrived not as advertised, wooden stand missing, no instructions. Emailed company who offered me £2 compensation (Item cost £16.99). I complained again, compensation increased to £4 or I could return it to China at my cost for a refund. Company did respond quickly to my emails. I have since looked on the internet, this item can be bought from a Welsh company who apparently are having issues with companies posing as them and taking their business. I would not recomend this company.

I have had the same experience as several other customers, placed an order for night vision glasses on 22nd of December, 2024 and obviously a scam, as tracking orders don’t exist, request for courier details ignored now being told to sue the courier service, which I realise now don’t exist! Did not realise I was buying from China,

Very poor service, placed an order from what was described as a UK company on 16/12/2024. I was then charged £5 shipping on top of my order cost (again not stated). Waited an age for the item to be shipped from China, to America and then the UK and on 16/1/25 I received an update saying delivered. Royal mail tracking number not recognised and with ring doorbell footage no mail delivered to the street. Contacted support who said that it had been delivered to a neighbour and that I need to contact royal mail for an update. Still no Parcel and no support from Happy lifestyle. I'm out of pocket and stressed trying to chase parcels. Never again!

Do not use this company! It would appear that I have been scammed. I purchased night driving glasses which did not arrive. They are telling me that they were delivered on 10th January but they can’t tell me who the delivery company was or provide any proof of delivery. I have sent several emails but they give the same answer each time telling me it’s been delivered. The tracking code they have provided is invalid. Avoid at all costs.

BEWARE ! I WAS SENT AN OFFER FOR FREE POSTAGE AS AN INCENTIVE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER WHICH DID APPEAR ON THE PAYMENT PAGE BUT ONCE I CLICKED THE PAY NOW BUTTON I FOUND I HAD BEEN CHARGED FULL POSTAGE . AFTER MORE THAN TWO WEEKS OF ASKING THEM TO HONOUR THIS THEY ARE STILL REFUSING. CHINESE SCAMMERS

Bought this maintenance cream along with a car wiper. Extremely pleased with the quality; both products performed excellently. Waited impatiently for almost three weeks due to lengthy shipping, but the reasonable price made it worthwhile. Definitely happy with the purchase; however, the shipping speed could improve.

I recently purchased this handy car accessory, and while the delivery took a lengthy three weeks, it arrived in decent packaging. Slightly overpriced, but the design is quite practical.

Works great in rainy weather, though the design could be slightly more compact for easier storage.
