Everything was so good with this company. Extremely happy with my purchase

One of those orders that you are unsure where it is being shipped from, not stated. After weeks and weeks of waiting you realise it shipped from the other side of the world!
So frustrating!!!

I purchased earings from this company they are not sterling silver and they are not Moisonite either please don’t be fooled they are a scam and poor quality avoid wasting your money. I want my money back I hope that happens What I would also state that the earing backs are too small for the posts and therefor do not fit a complete waste of money avoid

overcharged me, then took a month to arrive

Ordered the 2025 yarn advent calendar. After 3 weeks it arrived. One quarter the size illustrated on their advertisement. Cheap and tatty looking. I am appalled. Received it today 20/11/2025. Rubbish.

Total scam, over charged and no goods revieved. Emails i got were

"If there is an additional charge, we will credit it back to your original account immediately.
If there is no second message from our service team, it means we have refunded the additional charge.
Please wait for 2-3 business days for the confirmation message from the bank.
Your kind understanding and patience would be highly appreciated."
And
"Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed.
But sometimes logistics would have delay.
We've urged the update of your order status.
Please kindly wait for its delivery."

Still nothing!

As previously stated this is a scam company. One star is too many.
Ordered a hair crimped in august. Obviously never got it. They keep asking me to go to Scotland to pick it up 😂😂 I live in the north west.

Item ordered over 2 months ago. Tracking says it's been in Belfast since the 5th of September. Regardless of attempts to contact company no response. Absolutely disgusted

I guessed this is organised scammers! I ordered products, this is 33 days without delivery and asking for my refund or cancellation, they said, products have been shipped. Shipping days is 33 days today. Please beware of them as they seems not real!!!

Even one star is too much.
“I had a terrible experience with this company. I was charged £16.60 instead of the advertised £13.28. I contacted their support five minutes after ordering to cancel, but they ignored my request. Despite multiple emails, they insisted it was too late to cancel. This is extremely unprofessional. I haven’t even received the package yet, but I can already tell their customer service is awful. I strongly advise others to stay away.”

Fake products. Advertising wonderskin lipstain, not the real thing fake copy. Doesn't stay on. I clicked on a link from a well known influencer and the tube is not the same.
