I ordered sour keys but didn't receive them, and didn't find out they were out of stock until my package came with the other stuff I'd ordered and I saw a message scrawled on the receipt in pen saying I would receive a refund because the sour keys were out of stock. It's been nearly two weeks since receiving that note, and over a week since I've reached out to them about it - I had to reach out twice because my first email got no reply - and all I've gotten back was a snarky email reply saying I don't need to email them, they'll email me when my refund has been processed, and that it should be processed next week (which is now LAST week).

EDIT: Adam Lavine, the "CX Supervisor" has been replying to all my reviews and sending me emails, still being super snarky and cringe LOL

Seriously, don't waste your time with these freaks.

Waited 2 weeks for these edibles. Tried one last night and it was absolute rubbish. No effect whatsoever. Don't buy!

These are very fake good people, and the customer service is the worst we have ever encountered. 😡

This company is garbage. Their customer service is awful. The last two times I put an order in, it took about 6 months to receive my oils. When I inquired via email I got the runaround, and they would not refund me. Last time I ordered they said I would get a free gift with my purchase. That never showed up. I inquired 3 times now via email and they have just not responded. They can’t seem to ship oils for some reason. I like their products…if I get them, but I won’t buy anymore. I’ll give go find a company that cares to do business properly.

Scam, not only is there no CBD apparently, if your email ends up in their database they will not remove you and will spam you.

I am convinced there is no CBD in their gummies.I ordered broad spectrum CBD gummies 100 mg each. I think you forgot to advertise total 100mg in 60 gummies. These reviews are real and I think I read them before ordering. Complete joke.

I placed an order in Feb 21, and was curious as to when it would be shipped, so I logged in today to see and was surprised to see that my order was cancelled due to an invalid expiry date on my credit card… (which I find strange since I double checked the card number etc before hitting send), but that is not the problem. 1. Why would they not reach out and tell me that there was an issue when processing my payment so that I could correct it? And 2. I see that someone else experienced rudeness from this “customer service” rep not too long ago also. Perhaps this company should take a look at who they have communicating with their customers… of which I will no longer be.

I just had the worst customer experience with a representative named Adam Lavine. They forgot part of my order and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He did not read my initial email clearly, and his initial response when I asked if he could please read my email and rectify the missing part of my order, his only response was “very well”. I told him I did not appreciate his reply and can he please rectify the missing items, and this is the message he sent me back.
“I hope so. It’s Sunday. We will chat tomorrow.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening.

I will be calling tomorrow to speak to someone with more respect and kindness. I am just appalled that a representative of this company would speak to their customers this way. I am living with a chronic illness and I’m trying their products to see if it can help with some of my pain, and this is just so upsetting being spoken to this way.

I use the 30 mg gummies , I take them 4 times a day, this gives an even effect. I also sleep better. I definitely would recommend these. I have been using them for almost a month now and am very happy with them.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I contacted support simply to request an update on my order and received a response from Adam Lavine, CX Supervisor. Rather than providing an update, the reply was dismissive and placed the blame on me for allegedly not checking the correct email. I explained that I had already checked the correct email and was still waiting for information regarding my order. Despite this, I received a follow-up stating that the issue had been marked as resolved, even though no resolution or update was provided. Given his role as a customer service supervisor, I expected a far more professional and courteous response.

I phoned the company and was cut off, emailed then and the response was very rude and very unprofessional. Couldn't believe they talked to me that way when the product they were supposed to deliver was missing. I was asking what happened at first then with the very rude response I was taken aback. Anyways tried it hoping it would be good but now I'm left with a bad taste so will never order from there again nor would I recommend this company

Please be careful! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. The gummies have absolutely NO CBD! I believe they are haribo gummies. I tested them with my family members and NO one felt anything. I took 4 gummies (each 30mg of CBD) and felt absolutely nothing. Please save your money and purchase from reputable sources. It’s too bad Shoppers Drug Mart stopped their cannabis store.

I tried to ask if their products were Gluten-free and got bullied and talked down to by their customer service representative, after I reported it with screenshots to head office I heard nothing back. Their customer representative Jennifer went as far as to call me a B.

This company has absolutely no ethics and they are scamming people. I don't even know what's in the Capsules or gummies. This is a scam company! Be careful

Fake product and they sent us empty bottles of capsules. Their gummies are just regular gummies

Wishing I had read these reviews before I purchased. I am 100 percent convinced that there is no actually cbd in any of the products I purchased. Just three dollar peach rings and gummy bears in a shiny ziploc for 45 bucks. I can literally eat a handful and not feel a thing. But a 20mg gummy from an actual pot shop will knock me out all night.

Their THCv and CBD products are completely ineffective and seem to contain no cannabis at all, just regular oil disguised as cannabinoid products. Additionally, they are not a professional or official company—their claimed physical location appears to be fake. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid purchasing from them..

There is absolutely no cbd in the gummies. It's just expensive candy. Avoid.
