Buyer beware... look elsewhere
I placed an order through Happydeel.com's website after a link on another website, which I have dealt with numerous times with no issues, sent me there. Within minutes of placing my order, I received an email thanking me and telling me that a follow-up email would be sent with the order information and the tracking number. I thought it was odd that I didn't get that information right away, but their website states that they deal with third-party sellers and that processing can take up to 48 hours so I didn't panic. However, after never getting a follow-up email, I tried to contact them through their email link, only to get a message that the email was "undeliverable because the recipient's email provider rejected it". Next, I tried to chat with them because the chat box said "we respond immediately". I never got a response there either. Calling them was just as bad, because amazingly enough, a west coast company has east coast hours, so I kept missing the cutoff for phone calls. After several more attempts, I was able to send an email by clicking a different link I found on their website, but I am still waiting for a response. So, as of now, I have no product, no tracking, and I have no response from anyone. My gut instinct is that this company has no intentions of shipping the product I ordered, and they have no intention of responding to my inquiries. I do find it odd that I have found several more products offered on other platforms, such as Mercari and Ebay, whose postings link back to Happydeel.com. I also find it odd that my payment was processed through a platform called "Buy me a cup of coffee". Which may be legit, but it's just odd that nothing technically traces back to Happydeel.com. I have already begun procedures with my bank to recover my money and for them to investigate Happydeel.com for fraud. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for your items. This experience has definitely left me feeling scammed.
