Absolutely love this company my senior Shihtzu is sooo fussy it’s unreal!! This has been going on for years until I came across this dry dog food he loves it !! The kibble is right size for him which other brands were not so he refused to eat it . His coat and skin are much better aswell . Website is great to navigate through to Amend subsriptions if needed and may I add customer service team are excellent always happy to help and it’s sorted next day. Will definitely stick with this company Dexter loves his food so thankyou Happy Dog Dexter is thriving on his meal .

The customer experience has gone down in my opinion recently for 2 reasons:-
1. Having used this company for the past 6 years, i just press the reorder option. However , there is no mention that as well as the 5% increase in price, they have reduced the bag size by ~7%, so no longer as good value for money. This should be visible on the reorder page.
2. The last two orders have been problematic with only part orders being delivered leaving me having to arrange to have someone home to receive a second delivery .

Having said this the dogs are thriving on the food.

My golden retriever has a sensitive tummy so happy dogs kangaroo wet dog food is ideal for his tummy I also buy ostrich and buffalo wet dog food which he loves and he also has the ostrich dry dog food.He can’t wait for his meals and the food suits his sensitive tummy.

Teddy - (schnoodle) had severe skin issues and as a last resort we tried Happy Dog Kangaroo meat and after his skin had cleared we added the Ostrich dried food - it's really enjoyed by both Teddy and his sister. Reordering is quick and simple and delivery is fast. Customer service has been excellent

Have dealt with Happy Dog for many years and apart from a couple of hiccups on delivery everything has been great. The Dogs love the food and do really well on it we use mainly Ireland but Africa every few months for a change.

I wanted to move our dog over to the giant junior food so tried to order a sample bag but they don't do it. The problem then is I have to buy a large bag and potentially waste money. Surely a sample bag could be made available but customer service were quite unhelpful.

Very pleased with Happy Dog for my previously allergic to everything French bulldog. He loves the wet food and the flakes. Its certainly worth the money if you have a dog with really bad allergies like my dog had.

I’ve been using HD for years now and my dogs love it , and the ordering and delivery are hassle free , I’ve had to email once and they replied very promptly ….i can’t fault them , Happy fur babies and Happy Fur mummy…..keep doing what you do it works 🐾🐾

Happy Dog Fit and Well Senior Dog Food has transformed my Labrador Alfie’s health. His digestive system was struggling to cope with store bought dog food. He is much more satisfied with his food and his once coarse coat has transformed into a much softer coat too.

However, I have found Happy Dog food hard to source in Northern Ireland but DPD’s delivery are super convenient.

All in all, Alfie is a very satisfied customer 👏

Happy dog is a wonderful brand I've been using for a few years after another brand that worked for my dog stop being sold.
It's fantastic for allergic doggos, the single (and varied/novel) protein souces are fantastic. I supplement my dog's food with fresh veggies.

I have used Happy Dog food for over ten years, my dogs love it. Delivery always prompt.

I have a french bulldog with a very sensitive tummy, even though he still throws up a lot, Happy dog mini horse is the best biscuits for him. Unfortunately he can’t have the meat but the biscuits are brilliant. Would love to see some discount codes though or free delivery code

Easy navigation on web site, free postage , treats to match food. I have a fussy Yorkie, who has a yeast problem. My vet recommended novel dog food such as… kangaroo, horse, pure beef, goat etc.
I had previously tried every premium brand my Yorkie wouldn’t eat most of them and his scratching problem got worse.
Happy dog offers easy to order, subscription saving, and free delivery of IMO the best novel food available from around the world , no additives or nasties, just pure dog food . My dog loves his Happy Dog is full of energy his coat is beautiful and his yeast problem has improved so much, he hardly scratches at all . Happy Dog is a winner for us .

Tinned wet food excellent for my diabetic dog. (Mix with his diabetic kibble). He loves them.
Can give him Happy dog treats too! No nasty sweetners in them.

They are always very helpful if I have to speak to them. The link is great if I have to change his monthly order, Cody is four next month, he has to have the best from a puppy trough to adult he really is in top condition.
