Lacking clear structure in the course

I was really looking forward to take this procreate course with HappyFoxSupplyCo, but unfortunately it just didn't work for me. There was a lot of jumping around and going back and forth between steps, which made it really difficult to follow along and actually understand what was happening. The content itself seemed like it could have been great, but the lack of clear structure really took away from the learning experience.

Hi Stephanie, thanks for the feedback! I'm wondering if maybe you were accessing an old version of the course, as I've since completely redone the seamless files for beginners course with very clear and detailed outlines and progressions.

I wasn't able to find your purchase with just your first name. If you reach out at courses@happyfoxsupplyco.com, I can look into your account and make sure you have access to the updated version. We also have a Facebook group for ongoing support if you ever get stuck or have questions.

I purchased this course hoping to learn…


I purchased this course hoping to learn how to create seamless patterns and pick up a new skill, but from the very first video, it was clear that the content was completely amateur. The quality was disappointing, and it felt rushed and unprofessional.

I politely requested a refund after realizing this course wasn’t what I expected, but I was told there are no refunds. Not sure why a company would rather keep money from an unsatisfied customer instead of standing behind their product.

I didn’t even make it past half of the first video—just not worth it. Save your money, there are far better resources out there.

I'm sorry the course wasn't what you were hoping for. I do think it's tough to judge a full course from half of one video when there were 30 videos, but I understand first impressions matter. My courses are designed to be laid back and fun, and are not structured in a formal manner.

But I'm happy to say that the course has actually been completely updated since then with all new videos, instruction, and resources!
