Just bought our first hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs thank you to James cannot fault the excellent service from start to finish we were kept informed every step of the way cannot not wait to start using it would definitely recommend this company delivery was spot on looking forward to happy times in our beautiful hot tub.

We have just upgraded our hot tub having been with this company for about 15 years. From the staff in the showroom, to the installers to the follow up from Tim everything has been very easy with nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for a happy hot tub experience!

I cannot recommend Happy Hot Tubs enough. The service throughout has been exceptional. Tim at the shop expertly guided us through buying out first hot tub. It felt very relaxed and supportive, Tim understood that buying a hot tub is an expensive item and was patient in helping us make a decision that was right for our family. Chris and Rob installed our hot tub today expertly negotiating the safe use of a crane. They fitted the hot tub with no problem too small to help with, moving it centimeters until we were happy taking great care with our garden. Again both men were so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. They showed us how to work everything until we felt comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. If you are going to get a hot tub definitely get it from Happy Hot Tubs. Thank you all :-)

Great service purchase our hot tub 10 years ago happy Hottubs always looked after us - when we upgrade will 100% be using happy hot tubs. Totally recommend them if your looking to get a hot tub this summer.

We popped into our local garden centre to buy a house plant and we came out with a hot tub..!
There was no pressure to buy but the sales assistant Rob was very informative and put our concerns of the cost of running a hot tub to bed. The additional extras that came at no cost - storing the tub until we are ready to install it made it a no brainer for us to purchase the tub there and then.

They were amazing, from the pre sale to the after sales...they made sure we could test it out, we purchased a second hand one and they replaced a lot of things brand new, and the service is outstanding when any advice might be needed including coming over to check it out when I was paranoid there was a leak! Most importantly I absolutely love the product itself, feels huge inside despite being a 4 man and love the jets. Thanks James at Cadnam!

We have had our hot tub since 2016 and have nothing but praise for the Happy Hot Tub team. The service guys are always on time and jovial even when Jordan did the last annual service in the rain - bless him. Chelsea is a delight to talk to when she calls me for a convenient date for the next service or if I have a query. Each time we visit the local branch in Worthing, we find the staff always helpful and happy to give us advice.

We have had excellent service from Happy Hot Tubs from the very start. Laura from Cadnam was extremely helpful and attentive while we were at the centre as well as phone messaging. The installation was superb where Henry and his colleague made sure all was exactly as we would like. I cannot recommend the company enough. A truly excellent service. Thank you Happy HotTubs.

I very rarely give 5 stars in a review, however after speaking with James in the Cadnam store, we were sold on purchasing our 1st hot tub, no pressure selling just good sound advice. I had done some home work but James just confirmed what I'd read. We got the Azue premier 4 person tub. What a fantastic tub, ideal for smaller gardens but fits 4 with ease. Being a plug and play tub takes all the faff out of owning one. The installation team were friendly and professional. We are already feeling the health benifits, I doze of as I'm so relaxed and it helps those aching joints. I can recommend Happy Hot Tubs to any one, and especially James at Cadnam We are customers for life now. THANK YOU HAPPY HOT TUBS.
