Heptic is a great dedicated server service not to mention their support is instant! The company may be 4 years old and not too well known however with all the options they offer, the plans they have for the very near future and not to mention their prices (my server is $5.99) it's only a matter of time before this dedicated server site begins to blow up!

There are so many factors that make Haptic a really good choice for hosting servers

First off, the UI is absolutely amazing, it's very clear on what does what which makes Haptic very user friendly, and looks great at the same time!

Second, prices, the prices are pretty cheap compare to many other server hosting I've seen around, I personally use Haptic for hosting Minecraft servers for my friends and myself, the servers work very well, run smoothly, everything you could ask for! (And extremely cheap for 24/7 Minecraft servers..)

Third, customer support, I was being not the brightest person and read over some things that I probably should've read, and was confused about why I couldn't give myself OP in my Minecraft world, which I got response extremely fast, the whole interaction was amazing!

Very hands on and personable approach to server hosting. I have used many other server hosting services in the past, but never one as clean cut, User friendly, and helpful as Haptic. Support for any technical issues/questions is a 6/5, amazing staff.

Chris helped out big time. I was running a locally hosted Windrose server and wanted to transfer the world to haptic. He was a huge help in successfully changing the structure of the zipped file.

This is the most amazing server hosting site I've used. 24/7 support is instant and they know what they are doing. Had an issue, contacted support and what would've taken me forever looking at tutorials took 10 minuets. Its also a real person helping not some ai bot. Customer support is amazing.

Chris helped recover a backup when i managed to accidentally duplicate my account. Just when I thought almost 2 years of game play was down the drain he came through and it was magically restored. So helpful and easy to work with, he went out of his way to make sure that game play could continue right where i had left off.

I transferred from another game server to Haptic, and the difference was immediate. Uploads were faster, launch times were quicker, and the dashboard is far more user-friendly.
What really stood out, though, was the support. Instead of waiting hours for help like I was used to, I got immediate assistance from Chris. He went above and beyond—seriously. He didn’t just answer questions and disappear; he stayed with me while we worked through lingering issues left by my previous hosting provider.
Because of that, we didn’t just get the server running—we preserved all of our progress and got everything fully functional.
This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dedicated server host. Highly recommend.

Super easy to start a server, and had a Smaaaalll glitch happening with a brand new game - wrote to the developers and got an IMMEDIATE response and solution. He offered me a full upgrade, and a bunch of in-store credit, to help solve the issue - which also helped them understand how to help others make sure they don't have the same issue.

Great customer service, and super fast UI/UX. Just great.
