I was switching to Harbor Compliance for my Registered Agent service, as my current large company was doubling the price, and only gave me a one week heads up on the price increase. I did a search and found Harbor Compliance with good reviews. I utilized their "change of RA assistance" where they complete the paperwork for you, which was fantastic, since I was running out of time to switch. I also had to show proof to my previous company I used, that I had a new RA, AND that it was already changed at the Dept of State search! I contact customer service over the weekend through e-mail, and monday morning I had a response. They ended up expediting the process, since I was running out of time, and needed the proof on the State Dept website. It ended up being completed before end of day Monday, which I was so greatly appreciative of, as it needed to be done by Wed. Karen was super responsive, understanding, and won me over as a supporter of their company right away. I knew I made the correct decision to invest in their RA service PLUS have them handle the paperwork, to free up my time. I would highly recommend them for any of your business needs!

For a small national nonprofit, it is SO difficult to maneuver the requirements for state registrations when all of them are very different. Harbor Compliance has been so helpful and patient to explain the processes and they help us so much. We really appreciate them as a partner to us so we can focus on our valuable mission.

For several years we had the most amazing account representation, before Harbor Compliance acquired Labyrinth. Since then, we have worked with three different account reps. LaToya has been on the account since the 5/29 and has been truly amazing. She is responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

It's kind of a scary thing, picking a Registered Agent when you know very little about the organization. But Harbor quickly put my worries to bed! Their customer service is top tier and the agents are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. No regrets here! Our company is still in the "onboarding phases" with Harbor Compliance, and we are quickly seeing how knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy everyone involved is. Our firm has used Harbor Compliance for years, and they have been of great service to us. They have always been available to answer questions and provide help with any difficult filings we've come across. Their portal is extremely useful, and the resources they offer make navigating the often confusing (and downright frustrating) world of license management so much easier.

In the past they helped us through a major change that required many filings across multiple states and agencies. Their assistance with this was invaluable, and now that we are nearing a point of having to do another such change, I am so glad to know I will have them to rely on for assistance.

The span of services they offer exceeds those of other companies we've used in the past, and their pricing is quite reasonable.

No customer service.

Their customer service was very active until I paid them the fee, after that all the responses for my emails on next steps are automated responses, their customer services is non-responsible.

Not only did they not provide the service paid for, they tried to invoice us for a SUBSCRIPTION to the service they never provided in the first place

I signed up with Harbor Compliance to form my NYS LLC. After giving my cc info, and filling out the subsequent co info and details related to how I wanted to handle the registered agent requirement I called the company with a question. They promised me some one would get back to me. No one ever did and now I am fighting to get my money back from them. I cannot recommend this company.

Timely reminders.
Great customer service. You receive multiple reminders about upcoming activities and receive timely responses to inquiries. I have been using them for a few years and am quite satisfied.

The customer service is great. My issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The web portal is equipped with everything we need.

Harbor Compliance streamlines all of our registered agents into one platform. It's been transformational in saving us time and money. I like it that Harbor doesn't send me ads for additional products/services and I like the personal touch that I receive as a client.

I appreciate having government filings presented to me in a timely way and knowing which ones are coming due and when. I sometimes find navigation complicated on some compliance items.
