Really sorry to read this. The flickering through different modes and features not working definitely isn't how the watch should be performing.

I'm also disappointed to hear you've had a poor experience with our customer service. If you've already reached out and haven't been properly looked after, that's something I want to look into as well.

Could you please email support@hardhatwatches.com.au and put ATTN: Johnny in the subject line? Mention this Trustpilot review and I'll personally go through what's happened and work with you to get this sorted.

I completely understand what you're saying about spending your hard-earned money on something and then being disappointed with it. Whether we can resolve the issue with the watch or need to look at another solution, I don't want to leave you feeling like you've simply wasted your money.

Really sorry to see this mate, especially after we've already replaced the first watch for you.

Having one watch develop a fault is disappointing enough, but having the replacement start doing something similar after only a week is absolutely not the experience we want you to have.

I've found your previous emails with our team and I'm going to reach out to you personally today. At this point, I'm happy to work with you on whatever we can reasonably do to turn this experience around.

Really sorry to read this, mate. What you're describing definitely isn't how the watch should be functioning. The heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracking and other features should all be working, so I'd really like to get to the bottom of what's happening with yours.

I'm also disappointed to hear you haven't received a response from us. That's not the level of customer service we want to provide.

Could you please email support@hardhatwatches.com.au and ask for Johnny? Mention your Trustpilot review and I'll personally look into your order, the issues you're having and what's happened with your previous contact with us.

Whether we can get the watch working properly for you or need to look at another solution, I want to make sure we actually get this sorted.

Hi Robert,

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you'd be frustrated.

To clarify, Hard Hat Watches are not drop shipped. We do have a warehouse in Sydney and normally dispatch orders from there. Unfortunately, we recently sold out of some of our stock, so to avoid even longer delays we arranged for a small number of orders to be shipped directly from our manufacturing partner.

Our watches are designed exclusively for Hard Hat Watches, feature our engraved branding, and are built in collaboration with our manufacturers to continually improve the product. While they are manufactured overseas—as is the case with the vast majority of smartwatches—they are not generic products purchased from online marketplaces.

I've also sent you a personal email because we'd genuinely like the opportunity to turn your experience around and see what we can do to make things right.

We're sorry to hear you've had this experience.

Unfortunately, we recently sold out of our Foreman range, which has caused a slight delay while we wait for new stock to arrive. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when you were expecting a quicker delivery.

I've also sent you a personal email so I can look into your order and see what we can do to make this right.

Regarding your comments about AliExpress, Hard Hat Watches are exclusive to our brand. While there are cheaper imitation products online that may look similar, our watches cannot be purchased on AliExpress.

We'd really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.
