Made an appointment to write my will 4 months ago and haven't heard anything from them despite getting in touch with them 4 times by phone email and calling into reception twice.

I got my divorce from these and not very supportive and I went back over another matter and instead of phoning me or offering an appointment they sent me a PDF file and I cannot read that well or use media devices so overall poor in general.

I phoned this firm twice today and you would expect to be able to speak to a reception but no one on reception . Left a message and phone number BUT no one bothered phoning back . Highly unprofessional and we will go elsewhere.

Went here in a legal battle with gentoo group unfortunately solicitor here was far too friendly with theirs, despite being told that a housing manager had breached a courts directions nothing was done, I ended up losing everything I ever had and was reduced to homelessness and poverty. " oh well that's been done" ( I'm sure there would have been a different reaction if it were their own homes ) I was told, by the solicitor from Hardings who at no point told me that in an eviction your home is sent to the waste tip. As long as they get paid why worry, typical solictor. Dreadful.
