Excellent customer service and great flooring. Ashleigh was great throughout. Next day delivery and when I needed extra flooring it was delivered in 24 hours.

Ordered several packs of engineered wood flooring from here - Ashleigh from the sales team was super helpful and her knowledge of the flooring and the underlay required was really impressive. She was really responsive and great at answering all my questions.
It's also so easy to order samples from them to test in your own house and it's completely free and is delivered within two days! This made a huge difference when deciding on the floor to choose. I also highly recommend their 'Visualiser' on their website to virtually see what the floor would look like in your house. Great products and service all round - not to mention the value for money is much better than several other retailers.

Rob in particular & all the team here at Hardwood Floor Store were amazing with our recent order. They have very good advise at hand over the phone and always happy to help. They also followup very well and sent us samples on demand which is fantastic! Our Herringbone order came securely pallet packed and delivered next day (surcharge applies). I would absolutely 100% recommend them hands down as they not only provide such excellent high quality products but also provide a high level of sales/customer care which is hard to find these days.

It looks lovely and I’ve dealt with Ashleigh throughout the process and she’s been fantastic. I was invited to the office to see the product in person before ordering and her aftercare has been great! Would highly recommend

i used the Hardwood Flooring Store this year for some engineered wood flooring. They have a great range of flooring, ordering was simple and the product was exactly as described. the team were always there to answer any questions, really helpful and went beyond what they needed to do to help. I can really highly recommend them.

From beginning to end the service was impeccable!
Rob went over & above what was required. He set out to find the ideal floor that suited my requirements and wasn't going to stop until he found something I was 100% happy with. He listened to what I wanted and waded through the many shades, provided me with examples online and sent samples and most of all was very patient with me as I am a 'fussy pot'! I didn't actually end up choosing anything as I was looking for a really specific shade which I might add, am still unable to source, but because of the entire experience from start to finish I had to remind myself why I was purchasing the flooring i.e. for the shade & not for the Customer Service! :)

Very happy with my beautiful floor. I was undecided as there is so much choice in the market and I had so many floor samples I was starting to feel overwhelmed (not helped by me, ordering the wrong floor that threw my refurb out by a few weeks) but the sales team at Hardwood Flooring listened to what I wanted, understood the styling feel I was aiming for and sent me 4 samples in record time. All worked well but one was in budget, in stock and could be shipped immediately (timing being of concern to my builder who was on a tight schedule).
Delivery was easy and dropped when it was supposed to and after sales (one pack was slightly flawed) was v good.
The Ashton & Rose Midland floor is perfect, lighter colour for the Scandi feel I was going for and I was told very easy to lay (took just under 2 days to do 90 m2 inc cutting for hallway).
Would highly recommend and I'll be using them again for my next refurb.

Whislt we haven't received our flooring yet, the service deserves a shout out.
Samples arrived promptly and we were contacted after to see if we needed any help. Ashleigh went above and beyond to answer my questions and make the decision process as simple and straight forward as possible. Even sending me extra photos that weren't on the website and helping me understand best options for fitting the floor.
