Everything was amazing
Everything was amazing.
Pro: staff friendly, welcome and helpful. Very knowledgeable.
Cons: mannequin needs to be changed as the skin is already very damaged. Food that I have ordered was not available as I am allergic to everything present.
Overall experience was very good and would definitely recommend it.

Really nice study day! I did foundation level 7 Botox and filler and it was excellent loads of information. And had a chance to inject Botox and fillers

They have no dates available to book in for the course. I have been waiting over 4 months to get a spot for my day 2 on accelerated course. You can be sure I am not going to be taking any further or progression courses with them

Studying at Harley academy was excellent.
I have just gained my level 7 and wanted to continue learning and apply for clinical placement. It is not opened to non precribers which is really unfair. It should be open to all candidates who have trained and passed

In the UK, Botox (and other botulinum toxins) are prescription-only medicines. While non-prescribers can train to deliver these treatments, they must work under the supervision of a prescriber. Our clinical placements are designed to reflect independent practice, where patients are treated under the care of the attending clinician. For this reason, placements are currently only open to prescribers, in line with UK regulations.
We really value your feedback and are always looking at ways to support our graduates within the regulatory framework.

I am enrolled on the level 7 course. Just completed the Foundation training day at the academy. This was my first time at Harley Academy. Really enjoyed the day. Great trainers, enjoyed the practical side and getting the support through each stage. Thank you Max and Pippa.

I have been a student at Harley for a…
I have been a student at Harley for a while.
Needless to say I have not been hugely satisfied by the training or the way the training is structured. If working mon-fri 9-6, there is never an appropriate slot available and when there is the cases are not what you need, despite written request weeks in advance. There’s always an excuse but that’s their job to fix. Many of the trainers lack confidence to give you a green on a case and others are poor teachers. Market itself is EXTREMELY saturated, and not just in the UK. I named the clinic on my application,with logbook cases & ongoing training, and it did not aid me in any way in landing a job, even unpaid. Have the capital or the promise of a job and pay for a very cheap course to see if this is something you want to shell out 5 figures for. Not worth it for me.The admin team itself has been very polite and sound very supportive.

Expensive for what it was.
Too much self directed study with issues getting codes and access to the slides. Had to travel to London for 1 hour training which was excellent but after doing all the training/ reading myself anyway they could have just sent a video for the last bit. Felt £480 was very expensive for what it was.

We believe there may have been some confusion, as Harley Academy is not responsible for the practical training or pricing of the course you’re referring to.
The online platform you accessed is used by HA-Derma to host their training materials. However, the course you undertook — including the in-person training and course fee — is organised and delivered entirely by HA-Derma. While Harley Academy does not set the pricing or content for HA-Derma courses, we do manage enrollment and access to the eLearning materials on their behalf.
The coupon code required to access materials is provided by your HA-Derma Account Manager and refreshes monthly. We note that you accessed the platform on 31st March and it’s possible you were provided with the April code a little early, which may have contributed to the confusion.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the difficulty enrolling. Since then, we have enhanced our onboarding process, including improving our email sending rate. While we can optimise our internal systems, we are unable to control the specific security or filtering features of individual email providers. We have also worked closely with our learning portal developer to ensure that access to course materials is granted promptly upon enrolment.
Lastly, we have checked the Profhilo Structura eLearning materials — which we’ve received no other negative feedback about — and can confirm that all content is currently functioning as expected.
As this review concerns a course managed by HA-Derma, we kindly suggest directing any course-specific concerns to their team at training@ha-derma.co.uk, to ensure your feedback is addressed by the appropriate provider.
