I had my breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Riaz Agha and Ezra at Harley St. Clinic (A lounge) I had a great with the experience from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel entirely comfortable . Dr.
Riaz took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, different implant types which really helped me feel confident. He listened to exactly what my goals were, and gave me realistic, honest advice for my body type. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and I left the office feeling excited and fully prepared for the next steps. i am so glad I chose Dr Agah! I highly recommend them to anyone considering this journey.

I recently saw Dr Riaz again for my post-operative appointment on 24th August at A Lounge Clinic on Harley Street, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received.
He took the time to carefully check my breasts to make sure I was healing properly and that everything was progressing as it should. He also gave me really helpful advice about my aftercare and what I should be doing going forward to continue supporting and looking after my breasts and my results.
I genuinely feel that I couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon. Dr Riaz is incredibly professional, caring and attentive, and he has been there throughout my whole journey. I’m absolutely loving my results and I’m so grateful for the care and expertise he has given me.
He truly is the best surgeon, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering breast surgery.

I had a full 360 tummy tuck 7 weeks ago with Dr Riaz Agha. My experience has been great, Dr Agha is great with communication and answered any questions I had very promptly. I am still recovering but I am extremely pleased with the results. My scar is very minimal and I am very happy with how it looks, it turned out much better than I expected. I was extremely nervous before my surgery and Dr Agha was very empathetic and was able to support me through my journey. The after care so far has been great. I would also like to extend my thanks to the nursing team at the A lounge, they were fantastic before and after my surgery. All of the nurses were extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process.
Honestly this surgery has changed my life and has given me my confidence back.

Yesterday I met with Dr Riaz for my first consultation. I was nervous, self conscious and excited all at the same time. By the time I left I only felt excitement. Looking at Dr Riaz’s profile speaks volumes, the qualifications, professional memberships, before and after photos and reviews from those who have had the same procedure I am having. The knowledge and experience oozed out of Dr Riaz throughout the consultation, discussing sizing, placement, how things would work specific to my body shape. I even learnt I have a slight curve in my spine. There were things I hadn’t thought of, Dr Riaz really does think of everything. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait for the next steps with Dr Riaz, I’m already planning for my second procedure!

I had revision surgery to correct previous surgery, performed by a different surgeon under Transform. Yesterday I completed my patient journey with a follow up review with Mr Riaz Agha and his team. I would like to give an emphatic 10/10 for every single aspect of treatment.

Firstly, the physical result is a literal transformation. My previously sallow, disfigured breasts, filled with clusters of necrotised fat from a previous fat transfer, are now, smooth, full, shapely, perky breasts. Which suit my size and frame.

I was shown a variety of implants prior to surgery and advised on which options would bring me close to my dream result. Mr Agha also ordered several sizes for the operation day so I could decide on the date. He is considered, thorough, professional and pragmatic.

Mr Agha and my lovely PA Esra also worked to ensure resolution of an admin misunderstanding that would have resulted in loosing my scheduled Op date. Only days prior to going ahead they pulled strings to ensure I was put back on the operation list.

The clinical team were lovely, they couldn't have been more kind and attentive. Especially nurse Lola. The A Lounge location is clean and comfortable.

And did I mention, I love my new boobs!

If your considering revision surgery I cannot recommend Mr Agha and his team highly enough.
