Wrist Scan
A very easy to use and quick service. Booking was simple and the visit was just as easy, very pleasant welcome on arrival and then scan took place. I was given plenty of information before during and after with good aftercare recommendations. All in all a very good experience.

Professional, thorough and pleasant
Received courteously and professionally by receptionist and nurse. Dr Niels was pleasant and thorough during the examination process, explaining in understandable terms what I was seeing on the screen. All in all, a stress-free, worthwhile experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

This organisation are excellent
This organisation are excellent. I had a very painful wrist on Sunday. Was able to book an ultrasound and a visit with an excellent doctor at 11am on Monday morning. Problem analysed immediately in a very friendly and professional manner.

Dr Shah was professional and his experience did the talking!! I bought my Mum and Partner with me as I have multiple health conditions which affect my memory however I didn't even need them because he knew exactly what was happening before he scanned.The information Dr Shah gave throughout reassured me so much and I felt like I was paying for a high quality service. I would 100% reccomend him. I found him on Google and booked for a same day appointment. My appointment was 5.30 and received full treatment and report within an hour and half!! Thank you for the reassurance and straight to the point report.

Friendly, efficient service
Very quick and easy to get an appointment. Easy to get to and find the place. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The whole procedure was explained very clearly and I was put at ease throughout the entire appointment. Quick receipt of the images and report. Have already recommended to friends.

Really caring
Really caring. I’ve had growths removed and regrown several times over 15 years. This was one of the very rare occasions where I felt seen as a person, with real pain, real concerns and real exhaustion from the repetitive nature of it all. When there were difficulties in the scan, it was clear that she was determined to help me find an answer. When this wasn’t possible, I was given clear next steps. Thank you.

Exceptional service from start to finish
I was able to book my appt same day with no issues at all. The service provided to me was exceptional from start to finish, with due care and attention given to any concerns I had.
I was concerned about a lump I had found in my breast, I had an ultrasound and provided my results the same day and additional information provided to me. I really cannot fault the service provider and grateful to have same day results

Mr Patel and advised as to what to do next .

Excellent from start to finish
I was able to book a breast ultrasound (for screening) at less than 24 hours' notice and received an excellent service from start to finish. The staff made me feel very relaxed and reassured and talked me through every aspect of the scan and results.

Very business rather than…
Very business rather than patient-centred! The radiologist understandably expressed concerning findings that need further investigation, however they were pushing hard to pay for further tests through them. They didn’t give any indication that this might be also a benign condition. I put a complaint and the response was very defensive. I do not recommend them if you want a patient centred and compassionate service
