I orderedthe seed vault it had all the wrong seeds in the packets and when i asked what they would do about they said i didnt order from them then went radio silent

Should have known better but ordered a low down hunting seat from them. Took almost 2 months to get and then it was a knock off product that ripped first time I tried to use it. Then when I asked for a refund, they first offered me $4 and then $6 on a $45 product. That won't even cover shipping. This company is definately a SCAM.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I DID receive my package after waiting over a month but the product is a complete counterfeit. Not at all what was advertised! I bought a lenticular tarot/oracle deck. The package came damaged and the cards are not lenticular at all and their isn't a protective layer over each card like the real deck has. They advertise on their site that their products are authentic but it is a lie!! Do NOT trust this company. I asked for a refund and they offered me $3 usd as compensation when I paid over $40! What a joke. Currently have PayPal involved hope they can get my money back.

Absolute scam, the product I bought from them is horrible quality, not even what exactly what I ordered, and took over a month to get to me. I wish I would’ve looked into this site before buying from them. Avoid at all costs.

Other one who I would say DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Product not received and emails sent and they will not give a refund. They keep saying wait patiently as they can’t refund as it’s already shipped. At what point do they say it’s their fault?? Clearly English is not their first language as emails are so poorly written. They offered me $3 compensation .

Never received anything but e-mails saying its on its way for 7 months and fake tracking links ...total scam

If there was a negative star, I would give it to them. Their product is fake. I purchased the. Arabiyat fragrance. The box did not even have the name of the fragrance on it, the fragrance bottle itself did not have the name of the fragrance on it.. Shipping is two months long only to find out that you have a fake product when I contacted customer service they denied my purchase and refused to make any portion of a refund because I didn’t have some kind of product code. I nicely sent them a picture of what the real product looks like. Do not trust this company.

A VERITABLE SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They keep sending different tracking numbers and you will wait FOREVER for an item that will never come.

auto reply emails & no product was delivered

Might snag another later, cuz its solid and pretty useful to have around. Comfortable to use and decent quality for late arrival. I waited 3 weeks for this gadget to show up and was kinda skeptical at first but hey it actually does what its supposed to do.

I have been waiting several months for my order that clearly will never be delivered. Bogus tracking and nonexistant "customer service". RUN, RUN, RUN from this scam "company"!

Scammers don’t waste your money .fake tracking numbers that lead no ware . Thanks to PayPal got my money back after 2 months that my order was placed .fake website store not in Ireland but some were in china 🇨🇳 . Please don’t buy nothing from this thefts you will loose your money

Feels solid, compact size makes travelin easy, only gripe would be sensitivity sometimes being too touchy. Didnt expect much but this lil gadget impressed me bigtime! Easy to set up and loud alarm, definitely wakes you up quick if someones tryin sneaky stuff.

Their rating should be Zero!! Bunch of scam artists! Provided shipping all the way to NC and just stopped!

This company is a total scam advertising name brand items and then sending total pieces of shit knockoffs! Shipping is 4 weeks and the tracking is total bull...DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN A POSITION TO BUY FAKE SHIT FROM THESE ROBBERS!!!!!!!!!

Harmoniout is a scam. My experience is a carbon copy situation as the other bad reviews here. They gave bogus tracking information all the way past customs then the package mysteriously disappears after it’s made it to the states. Their response is that they’ll have the item sent again. This time with NO tracking information. So now you’re just supposed to wait indefinitely with no proof that what you paid for is coming.

PLACE AN ORDER MONTHS AGO NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT

Very similar experience to most here where the item was ordered months ago. The first tracking number only worked on their "shipping tracker" all others came up as invalid. Message support@harmoniout dot com and got an immediate (<10 seconds) that they'd lost the order but a new one is being sent out. This tracking number was for 17Track and seemed to show movement. After weeks and weeks, I was able to enter the tracking number into the Canada Post tracking site. It's showing as "This item has been presented to CBSA for inspection" but there hasn't been any updates for 16 days. On top of this, there is no recourse, no one to talk to at the company and no one who will talk to you at Canada Post and the CBSA does not discuss mail or packages being inspected. It's like the perfect crime and the CBSA and Canada Post seem to be unknowingly complicit.

TLDR; Ordered in March 17, 2025 and as of June 11 2025 All I've received is a tracking number. A 70$ tracking number.

Ordered a knife in very early April... Watched the knife come from Oslo, Norway. Got to Knoxville over a month later, then stopped. Been goin back and forth in emails with nothing. It's now mid June... No knife and no refunds... Complete scam. Stay away, buy somewhere else.
